Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of job plateauing of nurses at Al-Zahra Medical Training Center on their desire to leave the service through job burnout. This research is applied and descriptive-correlational in terms of the research problem or method. The statistical population of the research was the nurses of Al-Zahra Medical Education Center (S) in Isfahan, and the research samples were selected by stratified random sampling, and the Karajesi-Morgan table was used to determine the sample size, and finally, 270 people were selected to participate in this research. became The research data were used using three questionnaires measuring plateauing from Milliman's questionnaire (1992), and tendency to leave the service from Hosseini Barzanji's questionnaire (2013) adapted from Kim et al. . The data analysis of this research was done using Spss and Amos software, and the results of this research showed that the job plateau of the nurses of Al-Zahra Medical Training Center (S) is related to the tendency to leave the service and job burnout of the nurses of Al-Zahra Medical Training Center (S). It is effective.
