Investigating the Effect of Knowledge Management on the Efficiency of Human Resources through the Mediating Variable of Risk management: A Study in the Country's Copper Industry

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management on the efficiency of human resources through the mediating variable of risk management in one of the companies active in the copper industry. Based on this framework, the conceptual model was formulated and research hypotheses were formulated. In order to test the hypotheses of the research, the statistical population includes the managers and experts of the company, and the number of these people is about 276 people. According to Cochran's relationship, the number of statistical sample is equal to 160 people, and the questionnaire was distributed among these people. The questions of this questionnaire were adapted from reliable sources and their validity and reliability were also confirmed. Due to the non-normality of the data distribution, partial least squares method and SmartPLS3 software were used for statistical analysis. Based on the significant values related to the hypotheses, all three were confirmed. The effect of knowledge management on risk management was equal to 0.792, the effect of knowledge management on human resource efficiency was equal to 0.828, and the effect of risk management on human resource efficiency was equal to 0.691. The most important suggestion of the research is the sharing and exchange of knowledge and experience among the people of the organization, in this way, in addition to implementing knowledge management, risk management is also done, and finally, the efficiency of human resources is also done.
