Abstract :
The main core of success and overcoming the crisis at this critical moment was human resources at all levels of the organization. Human resources were a factor that plays a great role in production and desirable services with ability, clearer vision and more awareness. The purpose of this research was to model the structural equations of human resources management training in crisis conditions based on the experiences of Covid-19 (case study: the country's higher education system). This research was conducted quantitatively and using the structural equation modeling method in a cross-sectional manner in December 2024, which was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. The location of the study was considered to be higher education institutions of the country. The statistical population of the research included 202 experts from higher education institutions and stratified random sampling method, and the number of sample members was determined using Morgan's table to be 127. Research data were analyzed by Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that human resource training has an active role in involving human resources and crisis management and planning to solve it. According to the results a total of 6 dimensions can be effective for teaching human resources management in crisis conditions, which were: innovative thinking in relations with the university, cohesive interaction, deepening transformative decision-making, emotion management strategy in virtual education, Building capacity for organizational resilience and developing a responsive organization were among the components of evaluating human resource management training in crisis conditions.
