Abstract :
The goal of the research is to review the effect of Knowledge Management on Employees’ WorkQuality of Fars Technical General Education Dept.The Research is based on the Goal, Application andthe Descriptive- Correlation Data Mining Characteristic .Statistical Population of the research isincluding all Employees of the Fars Technical General Education Department in numbers of 800People.By the used Statistical Sample, 260 People were defined through the Cochran formula. Via theDistributed Standard Questionnaire of Bahat Knowledge Management (2001) and Work QualityQuestionnaire from Walton Method (1975) among these people, the Required Data has been gatheredfor the Research.In order to validate the Questionnaire, The professionals have approved the ApparentValidity in this regard, in terms of confirming the Questionnaire Reliability, the Cronbach’s alpha testwas used.The results indicate that the Knowledge Management is statistically significant and it hasPositive Effect and on Employees of the Fars Technical General Education Department. TheKnowledge Management Dimensions Management including Information’s Acquisition, Application,Transition and Registration is statistically significant and it has Positive Effect on the Employees’ WorkQuality of Fars Technical General Education Dept.Based on the finding of the Research it can beacknowledged that the Special Attention to Knowledge management and attempt for SustainableImprovement as a Competitive Advantage will make the organizations succeed more to approach theirown Goals and step to develop the Organizational Work Quality Capacity as well as promote theCurrent Processes of the Organization
