رابطه اعتیاد به اینترنت و تلفن همراه با فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه اعتیاد به اینترنت و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه با فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه بیرجند بوده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در پژوهش حاضر، کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه بیرجند به تعداد 8591 نفر بوده که در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 مشغول به تحصیل بودهاند. حجم نمونه پژوهش بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان370 نفر تعیین گردید که این افراد با استفاده از نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ، پرسشنامه اعتیاد به تلفن همراه یانگکو و پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه با فرسودگی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین، یافتههای حاصل از رگرسیون نشان داد که اعتیاد به اینترنت مؤلفه خستگی تحصیلی و اعتیاد به تلفن همراه مؤلفههای خستگی، بیعلاقگی و ناکارآمدی تحصیلی را پیشبینی میکند.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Internet and cell-phone addictions and academic burnout in Birjand University students. The research method was a descriptive correlational. The research population included all the undergraduate students of Birjand University (8591 people) studying during the academic year of 2014-15. Based on Krejcie and Morgan's table, 370 people were chosen as the research samples using a cluster sampling method. To collect the data, Young's Internet addiction questionnaire, Young-Koo's cell-phone addiction questionnaire, and Berso’s academic burnout questionnaire were used. For data analysis, Pearson's correlation and regression were applied. The results were indicative of a positive significant relationship between cell-phone and Internet addictions and academic burnout. Also the regression result revealed that Internet addiction was a predictor of academic burnout and cell-phone addiction was a predictor of academic exhaustion, cynicism, and inefficacy.
