چکیده مقاله :
سیستمهای مدیریت یادگیری، برنامههای سطح بالای پیچیده تحت وب میباشند که در سالهای اخیر از سوی مراکز بسیاری مورد توجه و استقبال قرار گرفته است. یکی از این جنبه ها که پژوهش حاضر به دنبال آن است، ارزیابی کیفیت این سیستمها در دانشگاههای الکترونیکی تهران می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه الکترونیکی تهران در سال 1393 تشکیل می دهند. برای انتخاب نمونه، از روش تصادفی طبقه ای استفاده شد. 143 نفر از دانشجویان الکترونیکی این دانشگاه و 10 نفر از کارشناسان ارشد تکنولوژی آموزشی، بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که برای سنجش روایی آن از نظر متخصصان استفاده شد. همچنین، پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0/93 بهدست آمد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که بیشترین و کمترین خرده مؤلفه از نظر کارشناسان ارزیاب به ترتیب مربوط به مؤلفههای کیفیت فنی (59/60) و کیفیت پاسخگویی (47/70) و از نظر دانشجویان نیز بیشترین خرده مؤلفه کیفیت فنی (62/92) و کمترین خرده مؤلفه (52/21) میباشد. بهطور کلی، نتایج نشان میدهد که کیفیت سیستم مدیریت یادگیری در دانشگاه الکترونیکی تهران بر اساس این ارزیابی بهطور معناداری بالاتر از حد میانگین (نقطه 50%) و پایینتر از حد مطلوب (نقطه 75%) است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Learning Management System are highly complex and under the web programs which in recent year's most educational centers have paid special attention to it. This study investigated one aspect of this system with regards to evaluation of the quality of these systems, in the Tehran Electronic Universities. The descriptive- survey method was used. The statistical population was all students in Tehran Electronic University in 2014. 143 student of Electronic University of Tehran and 10 specialists in instructional technology at the master level, in the university were selected as sample by stratified random sampling method. The researcher made questionnaire was used for gathering the data. The validity of it was approved by specialists. The reliability was calculated by using Cronbach Alpha and was 0.93. The results showed that the highest and lowest sub-components from experts point of view was the technical quality (59.60) and accountability (47.70) and from student’s point of view was evaluating technical quality components (62.92) and evaluating accountability (52.21). In general, the results indicated that the quality of learning administrative systems in Electronic University of Tehran, based on the evaluations, is significantly higher than the mean (50%) and lower than optimal level (75%).
