چکیده مقاله :

چکیده نظارت سیاسی به دلیل اهمیتی که در حفظ نظم عمومی و نیز عدالت میان منطقه ای و جغرافیایی دارد دارای اهمیت بسزایی است. این نوع نظارت از طریق مردم و همچنین مجلس شورای اسلامی صورت می‌پذیرد. سوال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که ابزارهای نظارت سیاسی در نظام حقوق جمهوری اسلامی ایران کدام اند و این ابزارها چه تاثیری بر عدالت جغرافیایی بر جای گذاشته اند؟ روش این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی است. یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می دهد که ابزارهایی که مردم برای اعمال این نظارت در اختیار دارند شامل نظارت همگانی (امر به معروف و نهی از منکر)، مطبوعات و رسانه‌های جمعی، احزاب و تشکل‌های سیاسی و تجمع و راهپیمایی می‌باشد و ابزارهای مجلس شورای اسلامی شامل تذکر، سؤال، استیضاح، اصل 90 قانون اساسی و تحقیق و تفحص می‌باشد. همچنین یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می دهد که یکی از مهم ترین ابزارها برای بهبود وضعیت عدالت جغرافیایی در ایران ابزارهای نظارت سیاسی است زیرا عدالت جغرافیایی در ایران گرفتار عدم تعادل و عدم تواز است. در این مقاله به تشریح این نوع نظارت و ابزارهای اعمال آن و تأثیر آن بر عدالت جغرافیایی در کشور پرداخته می‌شود.
