تأثیر فلات شغلی بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان آتشنشانی آذربایجان شرقی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر فلات شغلی بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان با استفاده از روش همبستگی است.در این پژوهش فلات شغلی را به عنوان متغیر مستقل و رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی را به عنوان متغیرهای وابسته مورد بررسی قرار دادهایم. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شامل کارکنان آتشنشانی استان آذربایجان شرقی میباشد که در سال 1396 با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری احتمالی ساده، از مجموع تعداد 135 نفر، به وسیلۀ فرمول کوکران 100 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامۀ استاندارد استفاده شده است که برای دستیابی به اعتبار پرسشنامهها از روایی محتوایی استفاده گردید و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 886/0 به دست آمد که مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL و آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، رگرسیون خطی و روش آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) استفاده شده است.نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که در مجموع فلات شغلی بر رضایت شغلی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان آتشنشانی استان آذربایجان شرقی تأثیر منفی دارد.
