چکیده مقاله :
چاههای نفت و گاز، مهمترین دارایی فیزیکی بخش صنعت نفت هستند.با توجه به استراتژیک بودن سازه چاهها، تجهیزات بافناوری ویژه و گرانقیمت ، هزینه حفاری، ، پیچیدگی و تنوع تأسیسات، مستمر بودن فرآیند تولید و اهمیت چرخه عمر دراین صنعت پیچیده ،مدیریت دارایی های فیزیکی آنها حائز اهمیت است.این مقاله به شناسایی، ابعاد،گام ها،مؤلفه هاو زیر مؤلفه های مهم در مدیریت بهینه و تبیین روابط بین آنها در جهت ارائه چارچوب یکپارچه مدیریت دارایی های فیزیکی چاههای نفت و گاز با تمرکز بر مدیریت چرخه عمر می پردازد.ابتدا با مرورنظام مند ادبیات و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از خبرگان ، اقدام به جمع آوری شاخصهای مهم، ابعاد و مؤلفهها گردید و در قالب پرسشنامه دلفی، فهرستی از روشها و اقدامات ویژه ارائه و خروجی این مرحله به شناسایی 6 بعد، 14مؤلفه ،57 زیر مؤلفه انجامید. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از ISM ارتباط و سطح بندی بین ابعاد و مؤلفهها انجام و بصورت کمی در ایموس اعتبارسنجی گردید و چارچوب یکپارچه مدیریت دارایی های فیزیکی چاههای نفت و گاز ارائه شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که ابعاد شش گانه ،تغییر فرهنگی و بافت سازمانی،مدیریت اطلاعات تجهیزات چاهها،جلوگیری از زوال زود هنگام،بهینهسازی برنامهها و منابع،مدیریت چرخه عمر و مدیریت عملکرد و بهبود مستمر، در انسجام ،یکپارچگی و مدیریت بهینه برنامهها و فعالیت ها در مدیریت داراییهای فیزیکی شرکت های تولیدی تجهیز محورتأثیر بسزایی خواهد داشت .
Oil & gas wells are the main physical assets in the upstream of the oil industry& regarding the strategic structure, special equipments ,drilling cost, continuos process production, complexity, various facilities & life cycle of wells,the physical asset management of this complex industry is immensely critical. The purpose of this research is identifying & realizing the dimensions, phases,important components & sub components in oil & gas wells and to express the inter-relationship for presenting an appropriate physical asset management framework. in oil & gas wells through life cycle management.Initially by literature review and through interviews with 15 experts in adminstration, critical physical asset management indicators ,dimensions and components for oil& gas wells in the list of acts&methods were gathered, which were then presented through a Delphi questionnaire.The output is identifying 6 dimensions & 14 components in 57sub-components. In the qualitative phase, for connection& continuity between main dimensions & their components an ISM has been used . In the quantitative part, the presented framework was verified by Confirmatory Factor Analysis in AMOS.An integrated physical asset management framework for oil & gas wells has been presented.The results revealed that these 6 dimensions : cultural changing and organizational content for maintenance,equipment information management,premature decline prevention ,maintenance resource and plans optimization ,life cycle activities management and performance management and continuous improvement ,heavily , affected the coherence ,integrity &optimizing plans management and activities in physical asset management in asset-intensive companies
