مکانیابی بهینه صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی روستایی بخش مرکزی شهرستان پلدختر

چکیده مقاله :
از جمله راهبردهای توسعه سکونتگاه های روستایی صنعتی کردن آن ها در قالب ایجاد صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی اسـت. وجود این صنایع از راهکارهای توسعه اقتصادی نواحی روستایی است. انتخاب مکان بهینه آن با توجه به امکانات و قابلیت های موجود هر منطقه، می تواند نقش موثری در توسعه آن منطقه ایفا کند. هدف این مطالعه انتخاب مکان بهینه برای استقرار صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان پلدختر می باشد. جامعه آماری کارشناسان جهاد کشاورزی و صنایع روستایی شهرستان پلدختر می باشند. 20 کارشناس به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه خبرگان (به صورت مقایسه زوجی) می باشد. برای انتخاب مکان بهینه از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای (ANP)، و برای تحلیل فضایی شاخص ها، از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیا (GIS) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین اهمیت شاخص ها به ترتیب مربوط به شاخص های دسترسی به منابع آب (173/0)، سودآوری اقتصادی (172/0)، دسترسی به مواد اولیه محلی (158/0) و همجواری با زمین های کشاورزی (156/0) می باشد. همچنین بهترین اولویت مکانی برای استقرار صنایع تبدیلی روستایی در منطقه مورد مطالعه بر اساس وزن گزینه های مورد نظر، مربوط به دهستان جایدر با مرکزیت سراب حمام (484/0) می باشد. به ترتیب مراکز روستایی مورانی (217/0)، واشیان (171/0) و پاعلم (128/0) در اولویت های بعدی قرار دارند. بنابراین برای مکان یابی صنایع تبدیلی، باید توجه بیشتری به شاخص های موثر و چگونگی ارتباط آنها در منطقه انجام گیرد، تا بیشترین هماهنگی بین عوامل را ایجاد کرد. چونکه مکان یابی بهینه صنایع روستایی می تواند نقش تعین کننده ای در استقرار، سوددهی و پایداری این صنایع داشته باشد، که نهایتا باعث توسعه معیشت خانوارهای روستایی گردد.

The optimal site selection and development, according to utilize the features and functionality available in the villages Poldokhtar City; Can play an important role in rural development in the region. The aim of this study was to select the optimal location for the establishment of agro-industries in the central township is Poldokhtar. The population consisted of experts in agriculture and rural industries are Poldokhtar City. 20 experts were selected by purposeful sampling. Data gathered by questionnaire experts (for comparison test) is. To select the optimal location of the ANP (ANP), and indexes for spatial analysis, geographic information system (GIS) is used. The results show that most indicators of the relative importance of the indicators related to access to water resources (0.173), Economic profitability (0.172), access to local raw materials (158/0) and the proximity of and access to agricultural land (0.156) is. Priority is also the best place for the establishment of rural industries in the study area based on the weight-desired options, Jaydar the center of the village SARAB HAMAM (0.484) is. Respectively MORANI (0.217), VASHIAN (0.171) and PA ALAM (0.128) are next in priority. So for locating industries, Should pay more attention to the effective parameters and how they performed in the region, has created more coordination between agents. The industry also optimal site can be a critical role in the establishment, Profitability, and sustainability of these industrial activities in rural areas that would eventually lead to the development of livelihoods of rural households.
