Improvement of Sea Klatter Modeling and Target detection by Using Tsallis distribution Function

Sea Klatter is the rader reflection from water surface which can be detected by pulsating rader and it is a very complex part of radar klatter modeling. Many approaches for fitting sean klatter amplitude with statistical distribution functions have been done, but sea klatter nonstatinary characteristics makes it here impossible to complete fitting with distribution funcrions. So, The parameters of distribution function to be estimated and hence target detection from sea klatter is more complicated. In The recent years, The Tsallis distribution have been proposed for klatter simulation. This distribution function resulted from Tsallis entropy which is generalized form of shanen entropy. Two main short comes of the Tsallis simulation are: First, short step size parameters estimation and long time comsuming; second, low target detection accuareey. Main Contribution of this paper increasing of step size for parameters estimation and improving target detection accurecy with using full samples set.
کلاتر دریا بازگشتهای راداریِ سطحی از دریاست که توسط یک رادار پالسی آشکار شده و یکی از بخشهای پیچیده در مدلسازی کلاتر رادار است. تاکنون تلاشهای زیادی برای برازش دامنۀ کلاتر دریا به توزیعهای آماری مختلف صورت پذیرفته ولی حالت غیرایستان کلاتر دریا باعث میشود تا برازش دادههای کلاتر به توزیع بهطور کامل انجام نشده و پارامترهای توزیعها بهصورت تخمینی بهدست آید که این مقوله عمل آشکارسازی هدف را از میان کلاتر دشوار میسازد. توزیع Tsallis یکی از توزیعهایی است که در دهه اخیر برای مدلسازی کلاتر دریا پیشنهاد شده است. این توزیع از آنتروپی Tsallis که تعمیم یافتۀ آنتروپی شانون است، بهدست میآید. با بررسی شبیهسازیهای انجامشده، دو نقطه ضعف دیده شد، اولاً بهدلیل استفاده از گام کوچک در تخمین پارامترها ، زمان مدلسازی زیاد است و ثانیاً بهدلیل استفاده از دنبالة کوتاه شدة دادههای کلاتر، دقت آشکارسازی هدف پائین است. در این مقاله با درنظرگرفتن گام بزرگتر، سرعت تخمین پارامترها افزایش و با وارد کردن تمامی نمونهها در شبیهسازی وکاهش خطا، دقت و اطمینانپذیری آشکارسازی هدف بهبود یافته است.
