Effects of salicylic acid and water stress on leaf chlorophyll and variation trend of different growth stages of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

In order to study effects of salicylic acid and water stress on leaf chlorophyll and variation trend of different growth stages wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar Chamran, two field experiments were conducted in 2010-2011 and 2011- 2013. Each experiment was carried out as split-plot factorial based on randomized complete block design with three replications. The results of combined analysis showed that year has not significantly affected leaf chlorophyll. Well-watered and water stress (Z55) conditions had the highest and lowest chlorophyll respectively. Salicylic acid application timing and different salicylic acid concentrations had significant effect on leaf chlorophyll. Leaf chlorophyll was significantly positive correlated with grain yield at vegetative and generative stages and was significantly negative correlated with grain yield at grain growth stage. Leaf chlorophyll was significantly positive correlated with 1000-seed weight at flowering stage and was significantly negative correlated with 1000-seed weight at grain growth stage. The data showed that salicylic acid application led to increase of leaf chlorophyll at vegetative and generative stages, so it was an important strategy to increased yield against detrimental effects of water stress.

به منظور بررسی اثرات اسید سالیسیلیک و تنش آبی بر کلروفیل برگ و روند تغییرات مراحل مختلف رشد گندم (Triticum aestivum L.) رقم چمران، دو آزمایش مزرعه در سال‌های 90-1389 و 1390-1390 انجام شد. هر آزمایش انجام شد. به صورت کرت های خرد شده فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار. نتایج تجزیه ترکیبی نشان داد که سال تأثیر معنی داری بر کلروفیل برگ نداشته است. شرایط پرآبی و تنش آبی (Z55) به ترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین میزان کلروفیل بودند. زمان مصرف اسید سالیسیلیک و غلظت های مختلف اسید سالیسیلیک اثر معنی داری بر کلروفیل برگ داشتند. کلروفیل برگ در مراحل رویشی و زایشی با عملکرد دانه همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری داشت و در مرحله رشد دانه با عملکرد دانه همبستگی منفی معنی‌داری داشت. کلروفیل برگ در مرحله گلدهی با وزن هزار دانه همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار و در مرحله رشد دانه با وزن هزار دانه همبستگی منفی معنیداری داشت. داده‌ها نشان داد که کاربرد سالیسیلیک اسید منجر به افزایش کلروفیل برگ در مراحل رویشی و زایشی شد، بنابراین یک استراتژی مهم برای افزایش عملکرد در برابر اثرات مخرب تنش آبی بود.
