چکیده مقاله :

Determination and analysis of vibration behavior of structures for at least first few natural frequencies and mode shapes needs several sensors to be connected at different non node points and exciting the structure at one point. Other method for determination of first few mode shapes is to excite several points of the structure at once and sensing the response from one point. Both methods need several force or accelerometer sensors. Excitation of the structure can be done by impulse from a hammer, electromagnetic, pneumatic, and acoustic or laser exciters. Other method for determination of mode shapes with only one accelerometer sensor and one force transducer is possible by a moving exciter with predetermined velocity. Force excitation can be from electromagnetic, hydraulic or pneumatic system. Pneumatic type of excitation which is clean and is sensitive to small changes is used to design a moving non touching exciter for structures. This type of exciter is useful for determination of vibration behavior of sensitive and fragile structures which hammer or touching electromagnetic system cannot be used. This paper presents a design and production of a pneumatic moving exciter of a structure. Excitation force can be impulse, step, ramp or harmonic with different speeds of moving excitation point. The system was used to excite a beam and results are verified with theoretical results.

چکیده انگلیسی:

برای شناسایی و تحلیل ارتعاشی سازه‌ها اندازه گیری حداقل چند  فرکانس طبیعی اول  و شکل مودهای مربوطه ضروری است. اندازه‌گیری چند شکل اصلی مود‌ها مستلزم نصب چند حساسه در نقاط شکمی سازه و تحریک یک نقطه از سازه و یا نصب یک حساسه و تحریک همزمان  چند نقطه مشخص است. هر دو روش مستلزم داشتن تعداد زیادی حساسه شتاب و یا نیرو است. تحریک سازه می‌تواند توسط ضربه چکش، تحریک‌کننده‌های الکترو مغناطیس، آکوستیک و یا لیزری باشد. روش دیگر در اندازه‌گیری شکل مودهاکه نیازمند فقط یک حساسه نیرو و یک حساسه شتاب است،  تحریک‌کننده متحرک برای اعمال انواع بار‌های متحرک است. اعمال نیرو در تحریک کننده متحرک می‌تواند از انواع الکترو‌‌مغناطیس، هیدرولیک و یا پنوماتیک باشد. روش پنوماتیکی به علت پاکی و دقت می‌تواند از کارایی خوبی برخوردار بوده و برای ایجاد تحریک غیر تماسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این نوع اعمال کننده نیرو که برای تحلیل سازه‌های حساس و شکننده که انواع دیگر تحریک کننده‌ها نظیر تحریک با چکش و تحریک تماسی الکترومغناطیس عملکرد مناسبی ندارند از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در این مقاله، طراحی و ساخت دستگاه تحریک کننده پنوماتیک متحرک برای تحریک یک تیر با اعمال نیروهای ضربه‌ای، بار ثابت پله‌ای یا شیب ویا هارمونیک در سرعت‌های متغیر ارائه و عملکرد تحریک کننده با ایجاد تحریک بر روی یک تیر بررسی و با نتایج نظری مقایسه شده است
