بررسی صفات رشدی و ترکیب اسیدهای چرب گیاه دارویی Carthamus tinctorius رقم صفه تحت تاثیر هیومیک اسید و کلات¬روی

پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد گلرنگ تحت تاثیر هیومیک اسید و کلات¬روی در شرایط مزرعه¬ای بوده است. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه¬ای در شهرستان سقز در سال 1399 اجرا گردید. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد اثر تیمار هیومیک اسید در سطح احتمال 5 درصد بر ارتفاع بوته و تعداد شاخه¬های فرعی در سطح احتمال 5 درصد معنی¬دار شد. اثر کلات¬روی و برهم¬کنش تیمارها بر هر دو صفت در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی¬دار شد. کاربرد هر سه تیمار محلول¬پاشی (کلات¬روی، هیومیک اسید و برهم کنش تیمارها) توانست تاثیر معنی¬دار بر تعداد دانه در بوته بگذارد. یشترین تعداد دانه در بوته در تیمار تلفیقی 1 میلی¬گرم در لیتر کلات¬روی و 400 میلی¬گرم در لیتر هیومیک اسید (33/125) و همچنین تیمار 2 میلی¬گرم در لیتر کلات¬روی (25/123) و کمترین تعداد آن در تیمار تلفیقی 100 میلی¬گرم در لیتر هیومیک اسید و 2 میلی¬گرم در لیتر کلات¬روی وجود داشت. تیمار کلات¬روی و تیمار تلفیقی کلات¬روی و هیومیک اسید تاثیر معنی¬دار بر تعداد طبق در بوته گلرنگ داشتند ولی تیمار هیومیک اسید تاثیر معنی¬دار بر این صفت نداشت. مقایسه میانگین¬ها نشان داد که بالاترین تعداد طبق در تیمار 1 میلی¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬لیتر در لیتر کلات¬روی و 400 میلی¬گرم در لیتر هیومیک اسید مشاهده شد (6) و کمترین مقدار آن در تیمار تلفیقی 200 میلی¬گرم در لیتر هیومیک اسید و 2 میلی¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬لیتر در لیتر کلات¬روی مشاهده شد (75/2). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر محلول¬پاشی هیومیک اسید بر اندازه عرض برگ معنی¬دار نشد اما تاثیر کلات¬روی در سطح احتمال 5 درصد و تیمار تلفیقی کلات-روی و هیومیک اسید در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی¬دار شد. م نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد میزان لینولئیک اسید با افزودن هیومیک اسید و کلات¬روی، افزایش پیدا کرد ولی میزان اولئیک اسید کاهش یافت.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of safflower under the influence of humic acid and zinc chelate in field conditions. The experiment was carried out in a factorial form in the form of randomized complete blocks in a farm in Saqez city in 2019. The results showed that the effect of humic acid treatment was significant at the 5% probability level on plant height and on the number of sub-branches at the 5% probability level. The effect of zinc chelate and the interaction of treatments on both traits were significant at the 1% probability level. The use of all three foliar treatments (humic acid zinc chelate and the interaction of treatments) had a significant effect on the number of seeds per plant. Comparison of averages showed. The highest number of seeds per plant in the combined treatment of 1 mg/liter of zinc chelate and 400 mg/liter of humic acid (125/33) as well as the treatment of 2 mg/liter of zinc chelate (123/25) and the lowest number in There was a combined treatment of 100 mg/l of humic acid and 2 mg/l of zinc chelate. The results showed that zinc chelate treatment and the combined treatment of zinc chelate and humic acid had a significant effect on the number of leaves in safflower plant, but humic acid treatment did not have a significant effect on this trait. C The results of the present study showed that the amount of linoleic acid increased with the addition of humic acid and zinc chelate, but the amount of oleic acid decreased.
