اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ابراز هیجانی و نوسانات خلقی زوجین دارای تعارض زناشویی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر نوسانات خلقی و ابراز هیجانی زوجین دارای تعارض زناشویی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی به صورت پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی زوجین دارای تعارض زناشویی مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای مشاوره و خانواده درمانی فرامهر، مسیر آرامش و یاشام شهر تبریز تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 زوج دارای تعارض زناشویی بود که به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند و داشتن ملاکهای ورود- خروج از میان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای ابرازگری هیجانی کینگ و آمونز (1990) و عاطفه مثبت و منفی واتسون و همکاران (1988) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) در نسخه 24 نرمافزار آماری SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بين نمرات پسآزمون نوسانات خلقی و ابراز هیجانی وجود دارد. به عبارت دیگر، اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب کاهش میانگین مؤلفه عاطفه منفی، افزایش مؤلفه عاطفه مثبت نوسانات خلقی و افزایش ابراز هیجانی گروه مورد مداخله شده است (01/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد تأثیر معنیداری بر نوسانات خلقی و ابراز هیجانی دارد. بنابراین میتوان از طریق درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد، نوسانات خلقی را کاهش و ابرازگری هیجان را افزایش داد.
Purpose: the purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on mood swings and emotional expression of couples with marital Conflict.
Methodology: The present study was a semi-experimental type of pre-test post-test with the control group. The statistical community of this study was made up of all couples with marital Conflict visiting counseling and Family Therapy Clinics in faramehr, the path of tranquility and yasham in Tabriz. The sample of the study consisted of 30 couples with marital Conflict who were selected from among the statistical community by targeted sampling, taking into account the acceptance of people to participate in the study and having entry criteria. The king and Ammons emotional expression questionnaires (1990) and the positive and negative emotion of Watson et al. (1988) were used to collect data. The data was analyzed by the multivariate variance analysis test (MANCOVA) in version 24 of the SPSS statistical software.
Findings: The Results showed that there is a significant difference between the post-test scores of mood swings and emotional expressiveness. The effectiveness of treatment based on acceptance and commitment has caused a decrease in the average negative emotion component and an increase in the positive emotion component of the intervention group and an increase in the average scores of the subjects in emotional expressiveness (P>0.01).
Conclusion: Treatment based on acceptance and commitment has a significant effect on mood swings and emotional expression; Therefore, it is possible to reduce the mood swings and increase the expressiveness of emotions through treatment based on acceptance and commitment.
