چکیده مقاله :
توانمندسازی به معنای آماده کردن کارکنانی است که به اندازة کافی دارای استقلال باشند، و به آنها اجازه میدهد تا بتوانند موقعیتهای مسئلهای پیشبینی نشده از قبیل شکایات را حل نمایند. توانمندسازی روانی یکی از عواملی است که بیشترین تاثیر را بر موفقیت، رشد اقتصادی و بهرهوری سازمانها و بنگاهها دارد، و از جهتی یکی از مولفههای مهم در جهت توانمندسازی کارکنان در داخل سازمان، ساختار سازمانی مناسب است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه میان ساختار سازمانی و توانمندسازی روانی کارکنان است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، 113 نفر از کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان بابلسر و بهنمیر میباشند، که برای نمونهگیری آن از روش سرشماری استفاده شد، همچنین برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه بهره گرفته، و در نهایت 102 پرسشنامه پس از تکمیل و بازنگری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نیز بوسیله نرمافزارهای SPSS و LISREL انجام شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهد میان ساختار سازمانی و توانمندسازی رابطه منفی و معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین میان مولفههای ساختار سازمانی و توانمندسازی، ارتباط منفی و معنیداری وجود دارد. امروزه سازمانها برای بهبود عملکرد و اثربخشی نیازمند به کارکنان توانمند هستند تا به اهداف خود در جهت رشد و بهرهوری برسند، از این رو، وظایفة اصلی سازمانها باید حرکت و توجه بیشتر به سمت توانمندسازی بیشتر در کارکنان و ایجاد ساختاری مناسب برای توسعه آن باشد.
Empowerment means providing service employees with enough autonomy to allow them to handle unforeseen problem situations such as complaints. At first hand, psychological empowerment is one of factors that have most influence on organizations and firms' success, economic growth, and productivity. One the other hand, suitable organizational structure is one of important components to employees' empowerment within organization. The main purpose of present research is investigation of relationship between organizational structure and employees' psychological empowerment. Statistical population of present study includes 113 persons of babolsar and bahnamir cityeducation and training administrations' employees and the census method was used for sampling, they also used a questionnaire to collect information and finally, 102 completed questionnaires were analyzed and reviewed, and analyzing the data by SPSS and LISREL software is done. Results show that there is a significant and negative relationship between organizational structure and employees' empowerment. So there is a significant and negative relationship between organizational structure components and empowerment. Nowadays, in order to performance and effectiveness improvement, organizations need to empowered employees to accomplish their own goals towards growth and productivity. Thus, organizations should pay more attention to their employees’ empowerment and creation of suitable organizational structure for its development that is main duties of them.
