چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی میزان اجرای ویژگیهای سازمان بوروکراسی و تمایلات دیوانسالارانهی مدیران مدارس شهر تهران بوده است. روش تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، تحقیق کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوهی گردآوری دادهها، تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی مقطعی میباشد. جامعهی آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل کلیهی مدیران مدارس مقطع راهنمایی و دبیرستان پسرانهی شهر تهران بوده که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای، تعداد 154 نفر بهعنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب و دادههای مورد نیاز بهوسیلهی پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته جمعآوری گردید. روایی ابزار مورد استفاده، با استفاده از روایی محتوا و نظر متخصصین و پایابی ابزار نیز با روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهدست آمده است. نتایج تحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده، حاکی از آن است که ویژگیهای سازمان بوروکراسی در حد متوسط اجرا میشود و میزان تمایلات دیوان-سالارانهی مدیران در حد زیاد میباشد و بین ویژگیهای شخصی مدیران(سن، سابقهی کاری، سابقهی مدیریت و ... ) با تمایلات دیوانسالارانه رابطهی معنیداری وجود ندارد. از نتایج این تحقیق میتوان در اصلاح و بهبود ساختار سازمانی نظام آموزشی استفاده کرد.

The aim of this research was to assess the degree to which the characteristics of bureaucratic organization were implemented and bureaucratic orientation of school principals in Tehran. This research was an applied study in terms its goal and a descriptive survey in terms of research method. The population of research was all school principals in Tehran. A sample of 154 respondents was selected employing cluster random sampling method. The Instrument utilized to collect the data was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was established through experts’ views and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach’s alpha. The results of the study indicated that bureaucracy characteristics were moderately implemented and that the principals’ bureaucratic orientation was high. It was also revealed that there were not any significant relationships between personal characteristics and the principals’ bureaucratic orientation. The results of this research can be used to amend and to improve organizational structure of educational system.
