تأثیر چشمانداز استراتژیک و خلاقیت سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی (ارائه خطمشی برای بانک پارسیان)

چکیده مقاله :
چشمانداز استراتژیک راهکارها و تصمیمهایی است به ما و سازمان ما کمک میکند تا در مسیر موفقیت و دستیابی به اهداف حرکت کنیم. از طرفی، خلاقیت توانـایی تولید ایدههای نو و مفید است به بیان دیگر لازمه و پیش درآمد توسعه و پیشرفت و تعالی یک سازمـان و جامعه است. همچنین عملکرد مالی شامل سودآوری، بازده سرمایه و رشد فروش میباشد. عملکرد مالی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای ارزیابی وضعیت اقتصادی و تجاری هر مؤسسه مالی به شمار میرود.هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر چشم انداز استراتژیک و خلاقیت سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی در بانک پارسیان بوده است. روش پژوهش بر مبنای هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش جزء تحقیقات توصیفی – پیمایشی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات از زمره تحقیقات همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان شاغل در بانک پارسیان در شهر تهران که تعداد آنها در بازه زمانی تحقیق (زمستان 1403)، 1870 نفر بوده و بر همین اساس حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 320 نفر محاسبه شده است. این تحقیق شامل 7 فرضیه بوده و از ابزار پرسشنامه برای گردآوری دادهها استفاده شده است. برای بررسی فرضیهها از آزمونهای آماری در نرمافزار SPSSو SmartPLS بهره برده شده و یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد بين دیدگاههای بیرون به درون/ درون به بیرون استراتژیک و خلاقیت سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد؛ بين دیدگاههای بیرون به درون/ درون به بیرون استراتژیک و عملکرد مالی رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد و بين خلاقیت سازمانی و عملکرد مالی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد دیدگاههای بیرون به درون/ درون به بیرون استراتژیک بر عملکرد مالی با توجه به نقش میانجی خلاقیت سازمانی تأثیر مثبت دارد.
The strategic perspectives consists of solutions and decisions that help us and our organization move towards success and achieve our goals. On the one hand, creativity is the ability to generate new and useful ideas; in other words, it is a prerequisite and a precursor for the development, progress, and excellence of an organization and society. The financial performance also includes profitability, return on investment, and sales growth. Financial performance is considered one of the most important indicators for assessing the economic and business status of any financial institution. The purpose of this research was to examine the impact of Strategic perspectives and organizational creativity on financial performance in Parsian bank. The research method is based on the applied goal, in terms of the method, it is a part of descriptive-survey research and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is a correlation research. The statistical population includes all the employees working in Parsian bank in Tehran city, whose number was 1870 during the research period (winter 2025), and the sample size has been calculated to be 320 using Cochran’s formula. This research includes 7 hypotheses and a questionnaire tool has been used to collect data. To check the hypotheses Statistical tests in SPSS and SmartPLS software were used to examine the hypotheses, and the research findings show that positive and significant relationship between outside-in\ inside-out strategic perspectives and organizational creativity, a positive and significant relationship was found between outside-in/inside-out strategic perspectives and financial performance and A positive and significant relationship was also observed between organizational creativity and financial performance. Also, the results showed that outside-in\ inside-out strategic perspectives and organizational creativity has a positive effect on financial performance due to the mediating role of organizational creativity.
