شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه فناوری مالی در پوشاک ورزشی ایران

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه فناوری مالی در پوشاک ورزشی ایران اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید آگاه حوزه فناوری مالی، تولیدکنندگان و پشتیبانهای برنامههای فناوری مالی و رشتههای فناوری اطلاعات، نرمافزار، مدیریت مالی و مدیریت ورزشی؛ افراد دارای سابقه فعالیت در حوزه فناوری مالی (با بیش از 5 سال سابقه شغلی) و همچنین افراد پژوهشگر حوزه فناوری مالی بودند که حداقل 3 پژوهش در این خصوص را دارا بودند. انجام مصاحبه تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. درنهایت تعداد 13 مصاحبه انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه¬های نیمه¬ساختارمند بود. جهت بررسی روایی از قابلیت باور پذیری (اعتبار)، انتقال پذیری و تایید پذیری استفاده گردید و همچنین جهت بررسی پایایی، از کمیتههای تخصصی استفاده گردید. بهمنظور تجزیه¬و¬تحلیل داده¬ها از کدگذاری و روش تحلیل مضامین استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در مسیر توسعه فناوری مالی در حوزه پوشاک ورزشی ایران نیاز است تا الزامات غیرفنی ازجمله دانش عمومی، مسائل فرهنگی و مسائل انگیزشی ایجاد گردد. همچنین در ادامه نیاز است تا الزامات فنی شامل جنبههای انسانی و زیرساختها اجرایی گردد. این مسئله میتواند ضمن توسعه فناوری مالی در حوزه پوشاک ورزشی ایران باعث ایجاد هویت دهی گردد که این هویت دهی ناشی از توسعه اطلاعاتی، مالی و هویتی در این خصوص میباشد.
The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the factors influencing the development of financial technology in sportswear in Iran. The research method was qualitative. The statistical population of the research includes knowledgeable professors in the field of financial technology, producers and supporters of financial technology programs and fields of information technology, software, financial management and sports management; There were people with experience in the field of financial technology (with more than 5 years of work experience) as well as research people in the field of financial technology who had at least 3 researches in this regard. The interview continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 13 interviews were conducted. The research tool included semi-structured interviews. Believability, transferability, and verifiability were used to check validity, and specialized committees were used to check reliability. In order to analyze the data, coding and thematic analysis method were used. The results showed that in the development of financial technology in the field of sportswear in Iran, there is a need to create non-technical requirements such as general knowledge, cultural issues and motivational issues. Also, there is a need to implement technical requirements including human aspects and infrastructure. This issue can create identity while developing financial technology in Iran's sportswear field, which is due to the development of information, finance and identity in this regard.
