چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: تصمیم گیری درباره مکان استقرار، یکی از اساسی ترین تصمیمات سازمان ها به شمار می رود که می تواند در جهت گیری های استراتژیک سازمان نقشی اساسی ایفا نماید و سوداوری سازمان را در بلند مدت تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. این تحقیق با هدف ارایه الگو و مدلی جهت مکان یابی ایستگاه های گاز در شرگت گاز قم با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد توسعه پایدار انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: محقق از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و خبرگان شرکت گاز و تهیه پرسش نامه به شناسایی عوامل موثر با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد توسعه پایدار در این رابطه پرداخته است.در این تحقیق از دو تکنیک برنامه ریزی آرمانی خطی جهت تعیین وزن معیارها و روش مشابهت فازی جهت رتبه بندی گزینه ها استفاده شده است. یافته ها: معیارها و عوامل تاثیر گذار در مکان یابی ایستگاه های گاز شرکت گاز استان قم، شامل بعد اقتصادی هزینه احداث، نزدیکی به خطوط پر فشار گاز، سهولت دسترسی در مواقع بحرانی، قرار گرفتن ایستگاه در خیابان های عریض جهت عبور شبکه، بعد زیست محیطی شامل فاصله از مناطق مسکونی به دلیل ایجاد آلودگی صوتی، آلودگی زیست محیطی ایجاد شده و بعد اجتماعی شامل امنیت ایستگاه می باشد. در این تحقیق با انجام مقایسات زوجی فازی بین عوامل و با استفاده از برنامه ریزی آرمانی خطی، وزن این معیارها تعیین گردید. به علاوه تکنیک مشابهت فازی به عنوان یک روش نوین تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه، به منظور رتبهبندی گزینه ها استفاده شده است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج بدست آمده از روش مشابهت فازی و شاخص عملکرد کلی، گزینه A5 به عنوان بهترین گزینه انتخاب شده است.
Abstract Background and Objective: Decision making about location is considered as one of the most fundamental decisions of organizations that can play a major role in the organization's strategic orientation and profitability in the long term. This study aimed at providing a new model for locating gas stations. Criteria and factors affecting site selection of Qom Gas Company gas stations were based on Dimensions of Sustainable Development. Method: Researcher through literature review and interviews with experts of Gas Company and preparing a questionnaire to identify the factors taking into consideration the dimensions of sustainable development. In this study, two linear goal programming techniques to determine the weighting of criteria and fuzzy similarity methods for ranking alternatives are used. Findings: Criteria were included the economic cost of construction, proximity to the high-pressure gas lines, easy access in times of crisis, to cross the boulevards of the station in the network, including the environmental dimension distance from residential areas due to noise pollution, pollution in the environment and the social dimension of the security station. In this study paired comparisons carried out by fuzzy goal programming. In addition, fuzzy based similarity technique as a new method of fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making, in order to rank the options used. Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results of fuzzy similarity, A5 has been chosen as the best option.
