پیادهسازی مدل آمایشی کاربری توریسم با استفاده از مدل تلفیقی تصمیمگیری ANP-DEMATEL و منطق فازی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان ملایر)

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: اکوتوریسم در واقع یک توریسم مسوولانه به محیط های طبیعی است که ضمن حفظ محیط زیست، سلامت جامعه محلی را نیز پایدار می سازد. از آن جا که انسان امروز در مواجهه و برخورد با طبیعت و محیط زیست شیوه معقولی را اتخاذ ننموده است لذا ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک، به عنوان استراتژی استفاده منطقی از سرزمین ضرورت پیدا می کند. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن توان اکولوژیک منطقه جهت کاربری توریسم اقدام به پیاده سازی مدل آمایشی این کاربری و پهنه بندی مناطق مستعد گردشگری گردید. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش مطالعه، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. بدین منظور از مدل تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره تعاملی ANP-DEMATEL جهت وزن دهی به معیارها و منطق فازی برای استانداردسازی معیارها استفاده شد. سپس با به کار گیری ترکیب خطی وزن دار (WLC) لایه ها با هم تلفیق شده و نقشه پراکندگی مناطق مستعد استخراج گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 1/73 درصد از منطقه جهت توسعه اکوتوریسم مناسب است و تنها 4/ 11 درصد توان لازم را ندارد که در مناطق پر شیب منطقه قرار گرفته است . نتیجه گیری: در نهایت می توان نتیجه گرفت که تلفیق مدل های ترکیبی ANP-DEMATEL به همراه منطق فازی کارایی بالایی را در مکان یابی مناطق تفرجی دارد و راه حل موثری را جهت کمک به تصمیم گیری گروهی ارزیابان ارایه می دهد.
Background and Objective: In fact, ecotourism is a responsible tourism to natural environments that preserves environment and stabilizes local community. Since nowadays, man does not take a responsible approach towards nature and environment, the assessment of ecological potential as a strategy for rational use of land is necessary. Method: In this study, considering the region ecological potential for tourism, implementation of planning model for this usage and zoning the regions which have potential for tourism is carried out. From the viewpoint of the goal, this research is functional and considering study style, it is descriptive and analytic (cross –sectional). As a result, to give weight to the criteria, ANP-DEMATEL interactive multi criteria decision making model was used and to standardize the criteria, fuzzy logic was used. Then by applying weighted linear combination (WLO) layers were combined together and a distribution map were extracted for the areas that have potential for tourism. Findings: The results showed 73.1 % of the region is suitable for ecotourism development and only 11.4 % of the region doesn't have the potential which is located in sloping areas. Discussion and Conclusion: Finally, we can conclude that ANP-DEMATEL integration of hybrid models with fuzzy logic ensures superior performance on the location of recreational areas and effective solution to help provide assessment team to decide this.
