چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان تاثیر اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر افزایش رفتار سازگار با محیطزیست کارکنان است و اینکه آیا این اقدامات میتواند منجر به کاهش خسارتهای زیست محیطی کارکنان و در عین حال بهبود عملکرد محیطی هتلها گردد؟ همچنین شدت و ضعف این روابط، در دو گروه زنان و مردان نیز مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت توصیفی-همبستگی به شمار میآید. از ابزار پرسشنامه استاندارد کیم و همکاران (2019) برای سنجش متغیرها در نمونهای بالغ بر 204 نفر از کارکنان 35 هتل فعال در سطح شیراز، استفاده شده است. فرضیههای تحقیق نیز با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار 3.0 Smart-PLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار سازگار با محیطزیست (423/0 β=و734/6 t=) و همچنین عملکرد محیطی (637/0 β=و90/10 t=) تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و همچنین رفتار سازگار با محیطزیست رابطه بین دو متغیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و عملکرد محیطی را میانجیگری میکند (099/0 β=و 840/ 2 t=و05/0 α= ). همچنین مشخص گردید که جنسیت افراد نمیتواند روابط بین متغیرها را تعدیل نماید.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز نه تنها باعث تقویت رفتار سازگار با محیطزیست کارکنان میگردد بلکه باعث بهبود عملکرد محیطی هتلها نیز میشود. این پدیده در بین زنان و مردان یکسان است. هتلهایی که در حفظ محیطزیست قدم برندارند، به تدریج طرد خواهند شد و مورد استقبال کمتری قرار خواهند گرفت.

Background and Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of green human resource management in increasing the environmentally friendly behavior of employees and whether this can reduce the environmental damage of employees and improve the performance of hotels? Also, the intensity and weakness of these relationships have been studied in both groups of men and women.
Material and Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature, the standard questionnaire of Kim et al. (2019) was used. In this regard, a sample of 204 employees of 35 active hotels in Shiraz was studied. The research hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation modeling by Smart-PLS3.0 software.
Findings: The results indicate that Green human resource management has a positive and significant effect on environmentally friendly behavior (β = 0.423 and t =6.734) and also, on environmental performance (β =0.637 and t = 10.10) and also, environmentally friendly behavior mediates the relationship between the two variables of green human resource management and environmental performance (β =0.099 and t = 840, α = 0.005). It was also found that gender can not moderate the relationships between variables.
Discusion and Conclusion: Having environmentally friendly and supportive human resources not only enhances environmentally friendly behavior but also improves the environmental performance of hotels. There is no differece between men and women in this issue. Also, hotels that do not take steps to protect and preserve the environment, will be gradually rejected and will be less welcomed.
