چکیده مقاله :
The main purpose of this study was to investigate employees and managers’ satisfaction of transportation system in the steal and rolling Units of Saba in Mobarakeh Steel Company using the intuitionistic fuzzy data. The statistical population included the personnel of Saba Steel and Rolling Units from Mobarakeh Steel Company including 1800 people.
هدف کلی از انجام تحقیق حاضر، بررسی وضعیت رضایتمندی کارکنان و مدیران واحد فولادسازی و نورد پیوسته سبا در شرکت فولاد مبارکه از خدمات سرویسهای ایاب و ذهاب با استفاده از داده های فازی شهودی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، پرسنل واحد فولادسازی و نورد پیوسته سبا از شرکت فولاد مبارکه است که 1800 نفر می باشند. حجم نمونه آماری معادل 325 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. در این مقاله بر اساس روشی جدید به فازی زدایی اعداد فازی شهودی پرداخته، بنحوی که معادل هر عدد فازی شهودی یک عدد حقیقی نظیر می شود. از این روش برای رتبه بندی اعداد فازی شهودی نیز استفاده شد. در این راستا، خواص روش پیشنهادی جهت فازی زدایی و رتبه بندی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای سنجش رضایتمندی با چنین دادههایی، به جمع آوری اطلاعات میدانی از پرسشنامه ای حاوی 26 سوال با ضریب پایایی 95/0 پرداخته شد. جهت تحلیل نتایج از آزمونT تک نمونه ای، آزمون دوجمله ای و همچنین آزمون فریدمن بهره برده شد.
