چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: در بازارهاي رقابتی امروز، حفظ کارکنان با تجربه، دوره دیده و با کیفیت همواره از دغدغههاي دائمی هر سازمانی است که خواهان دستیابی به مزیتهاي رقابتی و سهم بیشتر از بازار باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مناسب رفاه و سلامت کارکنان با استفاده از رویکرد فراترکیب است. روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر به حیث ماهیت کیفی و از حیث هدف کاربردی بود، که با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و الگوی هفت مرحله ای ساندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) کلیه مقالات علمی - پژوهشی داخلی و خارجی نمایه شده در پایگاه دادههای معتبر در بازه زمانی 1390 تا 1402 مقالات فارسی و 2010- 2023 مقالات خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند که پس از انجام مطالعات اولیه و غربالگری مقالات توسط محقق، مجموعه شاخصهای مرتبط با هدف، گردآوری و چک لیست اولیه ای شامل مطالعه 53 مقاله، 6 بعد، 38 مولفه تهیه شد. یافتهها: 6 بعد با روش فراترکیب و بکارگیری الگوی ساندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) شناسایی شد. عوامل موثر بر رفاه و سلامت کارکنان لوکس طبق نظر خبرگان شناسایی و تایید شد که این عوامل عبارتند از: رفاه مالی، رفاه شغلی، رفاه اجتماعی، رفاه جسمانی، رفاه حقوقی و عوامل جمعیت شناختی از ابعاد موثر شناسایی شدند. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت رفاه و سلامت کارکنان برای بهبود عملکرد و توانمندی آنها متمرکز شدهایم. این رویکرد به ما کمک میکند تا از تنوع و شناخت عمیق درباره نیازهای فردی کارکنان بهرهبری کنیم و سپس برنامههایی را برای ارتقاء رفاه و سلامت آنها ارائه دهیم.
Introduction: In today's competitive markets, maintaining experienced, seasoned and quality employees is always one of the constant concerns of any organization that wants to achieve competitive advantages and a greater share of the market. Using a hybrid approach. Methods: The current research was qualitative in nature and practical in terms of purpose, which was done using the metacomposite method and the seven-step model of Sandelovski and Barroso (2007) all domestic and foreign scientific-research articles indexed in valid databases in the period Persian articles from 1390 to 1402 and foreign articles from 2010 to 2023 were examined, and after preliminary studies and screening of articles by the researcher, a set of indicators related to the purpose, compilation and initial checklist including the study of 53 articles, 6 dimensions, 38 components it was prepared. Results: 6 dimensions were identified using the metacombination method and using the model of Sandelovski and Barroso (2007). Factors affecting the well-being and health of luxury employees were identified and confirmed according to experts, and these factors are: financial well-being, occupational well-being, social well-being, physical well-being, legal well-being and demographic factors were identified as effective dimensions. Conclusion: Considering the importance of employees' well-being and health, we have focused on improving their performance and capabilities. This approach helps us take advantage of our diversity and deep understanding of our employees' individual needs and then deliver programs to promote their well-being and health.
