The aim of the current research was to design a model of knowledge management to enhance educational innovation in sports teams in Alborz province. The research method employed was descriptive and correlational, conducted in the field. The statistical population consisted of officials, experts, and lecturers from coaching and reviewing courses within the sports teams' training committees in Alborz province (N=250) in 2023. Due to the small population size, the entire population was included in the statistical sample. Data collection utilized Sharon Lawson's knowledge management questionnaires (2003) and Nemati's educational performance questionnaires (2014). Data analysis involved descriptive indices, Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and path analysis using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and various components such as knowledge creation, evaluation, supply, distribution, application, and transfer with educational performance. Notably, the knowledge distribution component emerged as a significant predictor of educational performance. Furthermore, the structural path analysis revealed a positive and significant impact of knowledge management on educational performance (T-Value=8.02, β=0.80).
