چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دانشآموزان ایران براساس نظریه داده بنیاد بود.روششناسی: در این تحقیق روش نظریه داده بنیاد بهکار گرفته شد تا موضوع موردنظر را بر اساس یک سری مراحل کدگذاری داده با استفاده از نرمافزار مکسکیودا نظریهپردازی نماید و در نهایت به شناسایی فهرست نهایی عوامل کلیدی برای ارائه مدل مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دانشآموزان ایران منجر گردید. جامعهی آماری این مطالعه عبارت بود از اساتید و متخصصان رشتهی مدیریت ورزشی که در حوزهی مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دارای تجارب غنی بودند. روش نمونهگیری نیز به صورت هدفمند از بین اساتید و افراد صاحبنظر در زمینهی مدیریت استعدادیابی ورزشی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود. لذا مصاحبه با 16 نفر از صاحبنظران این حوزه انجام شد.یافتهها: پس از آشنایی و تسلط بر دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه صورت گرفت. در مرحله دوم و پس از پالایش کدهای اولیه به 28 مفهوم دست یافتیم و در نهایت پس از دسته بندی 9 مقوله نهایی احصاء شد که نحوه استفاده آنها در مدل درج شده است. در این مدل راهبری و مدیریت استعداد ورزشی، رشد و تعالی نیروی انسانی، طراحی سامانه نظارت و ارزیابی و تأمین فضا، تجهیزات و فناوری به عنوان شرایط علی در نظر گرفته شدند. مدیریت انگیزش استعدادها به عنوان شرایط مداخلهگر در این مدل در نظر گرفته شد. دو مقوله گسترش گفتمان استعدادیابی و تنظیم روابط با نهادها و خانوادهها نیز به عنوان شرایط زمینهای در مدل به کار گرفته شدند. استعدادیابی، استعدادپروری و استعدادداری نیز به عنوان راهبرد اصلی در این مدل فرض شده است. در نهایت پیامد این مدل باید منجر به افزایش نشاط و امید به آینده در دانش آموزان شود که مقوله آن نیز در قسمت آخر فرض شده است.نتیجهگیری: انتظار می رود که مسئولان ارشد وزارت آموزش و پرورش با پیاده نمودن الگوی مدیریت استعداد ورزشی دانش آموزان در سطح کشور، منابع انسانی کارآمد و اثربخش را برای آینده ی ورزش کشور فراهم نمایند.
Objective: The purpose of this research was to present a model of sports talent management of Iranian students based on grounded theory.Methodology: In this research, the grounded theory method was utilized to theorize the topic based on a series of data coding steps using MAXQDA software, which ultimately resulted in the identification of the final list of key factors to present a model of sports talent management of Iranian students. The participants of this study consisted of sports management professors and experts with rich experiences in the field of sports talent management. The sampling method was purposeful with professors and experts in the field of sports talent management and it was used up until theoretical saturation. Therefore, 16 experts in this field were interviewed.Results: After familiarizing and mastering the data, initial coding was carried out. In the second stage, after refining the initial codes, we came up with 28 concepts. The final categories were counted after categorizing 9 categories, and the way they are used is included in the model. This model considered leadership and management of sports talent, the growth and excellence of human force, the design of the system for monitoring, evaluation, and the provision of space, equipment and technology as causal conditions. An intervening condition in this model was talent motivation management. The model also included two categories of expanding the talent identification discourse and regulating interactions with institutions and families as background conditions. Talent identification, talent cultivation and talent management are also assumed as the main strategies in this model. Finally, as is also assumed in the last section, the result of this model should increase the vitality and hope for the future in students.Conclusion: It is expected that the senior officials of the Ministry of Education would implement a model of sports talent management of students at the country level to provide efficient and effective human resources for the future of the Iran's sports.
