چکیده مقاله :
پتانسیل تغذیهای و بقا مراحل مختلف زیستی شکارگر بالتوری سبز Chrysoperla carnea روی مخلوطی از سنین پورگی سفید بالک گلخانه Trialeurodes vaporariumدر شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی شد. میزان مصرف روزانه لاروهای سنین مختلف بالتوری سبز از پورههای آفت، برای سنین اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب 74/1±04/16، 56/2±5/21 و 92/1±3/22 پوره بود و شکارگر در طول دوره لاروی خود، مجموعاً بهطور متوسط 215 پوره از سنین مختلف سفید بالک گلخانه را مصرف نمود. درصد بقا مراحل مختلف زیستی شکارگر از تخم (85 درصد) تا سن سوم لاروی تخمها (4 درصد) کاهش یافت بهطوریکه هیچ یک از لاروهای سن سوم به شفیره تبدیل نشده و از بین رفتند. لذا با وجود جمعیت نسبتاً کافی آفت، شکارگر نتوانست رشد و نمو خود را تکمیل کند.
Feeding potential and survival of predator, Chrysoperla carnea on nymphal population of greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporarium were studied in lab conditions. Daily consumption rate of larval different stages of green lacewing on pest nymphs was 16.04±1.74, 21.5±2.56 & 22.3±1.92 for 1st instar, 2nd instar and 3rd instarrespectively and predator consumpted 215 different stsge nymphs of greenhouse whitefly totally. Survival percent reduced from egg(85%) to 3rd instar(4%) so that not convert to pupariom stage anyone and died. So in spite of enough population of pest, the predator could not complete it, s development.
