شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی Dematel-ANP در صنعت خودرو ایران

وجود مشکلات متعدد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی سازمانها را به سمت استفاده از مدیریت زنجیره تأمین پایدار هدایت کرده و از سویی جهانیسازی باعث شده است اجرای موفق مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار همواره به عنوان یکی از دغدغه های مدیران به ویژه در صنعت خودرو قرار گیرد. در نتیجه با توجه به ضرورت بکارگیری مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار در سازمان ها، مساله اساسی رسیدن به یک مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار موفق و کارآمد می-باشد. در این راستا، این پژوهش بر آن است تا با بررسی ادبیات مربوط به عوامل موفقیت مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار، عوامل کلیدی که در اجرای موفقیت آمیز مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار در صنعت خودرو موثر می باشند را با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و بکارگیری روش دلفی فازی شناسایی کرده و با کمک روش دنپ (دیمتل- ای ان پی)، به تعیین اهمیت و رتبهبندی این عوامل در اجرای مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار بپردازد. نتایج تحقیق، 25 عامل کلیدی را برای اجرای موفق مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار در صنعت خودرو شناسایی و مشخص نمود که از این میان سه عامل تعهد و حمایت مدیریت ارشد، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و چشم انداز بلند مدت و بازرسی زیست محیطی تامین کنندگان به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین عوامل و یکپارچه سازی عملکرد متقابل (تشکیل کار گروه) به عنوان کم اهمیتترین عامل مشخص شدند.
There are multiple problems of social, economic and environmental have led to organizations towards the use of sustainable supply chain management and on the one hand, globalization has made successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management always a concern for managers, especially in the automobile industry. As a result, due to the need for the use of sustainable supply chain management in organizations, it is essential to achieve a successful and efficient sustainable supply chain management. In this regard, this study aims to detect critical factors that are effective in the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automobile industry by review the literature and using experts' viewpoints and Fuzzy Delphi method, as well as by using DANP, it determines the importance and ranking of these factors in the implementation of sustainable supply chain management. Research results determined 25 critical factors for the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automobile industry that of these, the top management commitment and support, strategic planning and long-term vision and environmental auditing for suppliers, were identified as the most important factors, respectively and cross-function integration as the least important.
