چکیده مقاله :
امروزه کاملاً محتمل است که هیچ عاملی به اندازه ارزش آفرینی نمی تواند منشأ تغییرات و تحولات بنیادین در یک سازمان گردد. شاهد و مبنای چنین ادعایی تمایل روز افزون سازمان ها به یافتن راههای جدیدی است که می توانند به وسیله آنها ارزش بیشتری را عاید سازمان نمایند. اگر تا چندی پیش مدیریت دانش موضوع جالب توجهی در کانون های تفکر بود، اکنون سخن از رهبری دانش به میان آمده است و توجه اندیشمندان فعال در قلمروهای مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی را به خود جلب نموده است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش رهبری دانش محور بر عملکرد نوآوری در شرکتهای تولید کابل استان تهران از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت و روش از نوع همبستگی می باشد. بدین منظور از پرسشنامه هی و وانگ(2004) برای رهبری دانش محور و پرسشنامه دونت و همکاران(2014) برای سنجش عملکرد نوآوری سازمانها استفاده شده است. از بین کارکنان و مدیران شرکتهای تولیدی کابل به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای، تعداد 280 پرسشنامه جمع آوری و تحلیل شد. به منظور ارزیابی روایی، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با نرم افزار لیزرل و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ ب محاسبه شد که مقادیر نشان از قابل قبول بودن آنها می باشد. یافته های تحقیق از طریق معادلات ساختاری تحلیل مسیر با نرم افزار لیزرل نشان می دهد که بعد هماهنگی و اعتماد بر ابعاد دوگانه عملکرد نوآوری(هزینه تحقیق و توسعه، عملکرد سازمانی) تاثیرگذار می باشد. ابعاد مهارتهای رهبری و دانش نوآوری فقط بر بعد هزینه تحقیق و توسعه تاثیر دارند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Today, it is quite possible that no factor in the value creation can be the source of fundamental changes in an organization. The basis for such a claim the increasing willingness of organizations to find new ways that can make them more value is gained by the organization. Although previously the knowledge management was interesting topic on the thinking centers, but knowledge leadership has attracted the attention of active thinkers of the management and information domain.The present study aims to investigate the role of knowledge-based leadership on innovation performance on cable production companies of Tehran province, In terms of purpose, an applied research is and based on the nature and method is a correlation research.For this purpose, Wang et al questionnaire (2004) for knowledge-based leadership and Donate et al questionnaire (2014) were used to measure the innovation performance of organizations. 280 questionnaires were collected by using cluster sampling from staff and managers of cable manufacturing companies. Confirmatory factor analysis by using LISREL software was used for evaluating validity and reliability was calculated through the Cronbach's Alpha. The values indicated they are approved. Research findings through SEM shown that the dimension of the harmony and trust affects the dual dimensions of innovation performance (cost of research and development, organizational performance). Dimensions of leadership skills and knowledge of the innovation affects the research and development spending.
