چکیده مقاله :
انسان همواره به دنبال راههای مناسب برای استفاده درست و بهینه از منابع در دسترس خود بوده است، لذا با توجه به محدودیت های سرمایه، زمان، مکان، انرژی و... مدیران از ابتدا به دنبال روش های علمی برای استفاده بهینه از این محدودیت ها بوده اند. یکی از مهمترین راهها برای رسیدن به بهینه سازی، ارزیابی عملکرد واحد هاست. ما در این مقاله، به موضوع بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی در صنعت استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با تاکید بر آمار ارائه شده در مورد کارگاههای صنعتی با ده کارکن و بیشتر می پردازیم، از آنجائیکه در محاسبه کارایی انرژی چندین نهاده و چندین ستانده در قالب تئوری تابع تولید باید مورد استفاده قرار گیرد لذا با استفاده از تحلیل پوششی داده ها به بررسی وضعیت کارایی انرژی در واحد های صنعتی استان می پردازیم و سپس نتایج کارایی و موانع موجود و اقدامات عملی مورد نیاز را شرح می دهیم. نتایج حاصل از مدل کارایی نشان می دهد که مهمترین عامل عدم کارآیی صنعت استان را براساس نتایج حاصل شده نیروی انسانی و آنهم بدلیل جمعیت زیاد جویای کار و عدم بهره برداری بهینه از نیروی کار شاغل در صنعت استان می باشد
چکیده انگلیسی:
Nowadays, human looks to tread a path towards optimized using of available resources, Therefore, due to the limitations of capital, time, location, energy, and so on, managers have sought scientific methods from the beginning to make the most of these constraints. one of the most important ways to achieve optimization is evaluating the performance of the Decision Making Units. The gool of this work is to evaluate the energy consumption in the Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahamd province industry considering the industries with 10 and more employees. As in the calculating of the energy efficiency, several outputs and inputs must be considered in form of the productiion function theory, the data envelopment analysis is used to calculate the energy efficiency in the industrial units. Then the results of the energy efficiency, existing barriers and the practical consideration will be explaiend. The results of the efficiency model show that the most important factor of the inefficiency of the province's industry is the large population of job seekers and is the lack of optimal utilization of the workforce in the province's industry.
