راهبردهای متنوع سازی محصولات شرکت بیمه نوین با کاربرد تئوری فضای محصول

صنعت بیمه در ایران یک صنعت رقابتی بوده و برای شرکتهای فعال در این صنعت کسب مزیت رقابتی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. یکی از راهبردهای رقابت پذیری متنوع سازی عرضه محصولات بیمهای میباشد.متنوع سازی محصولات از راهحلهای اصلی برای افزایش درآمد، سودآوری، و کاهش ریسک به شمار می آید.هدف این مقاله پس از ترسیم شبکه محصولات ایران، شناسایی محصولاتی است که شرکت بیمه نوین در عرضه آنهادارای مزیت نسبی آشکار شده و یا مزیت نسبی پنهان است. پژوهش با استفاده از میانگین دادههای مربوط به حق تولیدی هر محصول طی سالهای 1395الی 1398 و بهرهگیری از تئوری فضای محصول و و علم شبکه انجام شده است.نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که شرکت بیمه نوین از میان شانزده محصول بیمهای مورد بررسی در عرضه شش محصول دارای مزیت نسبی آشکار شده(فعال)، هفت محصول دارای مزیت نسبی پنهان(بالقوه فعال) و در عرضه سه محصول باقیمانده غیر فعال و احتمال فعال سازی برابر با صفر است. در ادامه توالی فعال سازی هفت محصول دارای مزیت نسبی پنهان بر اساس استراتژیهای حداکثری، حریصانه، درجه بالا و درجه پایین مشخص گردید.نهایتا باروشهای بردا و کپ لند چهار استراتژی ترکیب و توالی فعالسازی محصولات دارای پتانسیل فعال شدن برای شرکت بیمه نوین بر اساس این استراتژی ترکیبی به ترتیب بیمههای مهندسی، نفت و انرژی، سایر، هواپیما، حوادث راننده و شخص ثالث تعیین گردید.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Insurance industry in iran is a competitive industry and is of particular importance for companies operating in this industry . one of the competitiveness strategies is diversifying the supply of insurance products . diversification of products is one of the main solutions to increase income , profitability and reduce risk . the purpose of this paper is to identify the products that the new insurance company is exposed to comparative advantage or the relative advantage is hidden . the research is done using the mean of data related to the production right of each product during 2016 to 1398 but using the theory of product space and network science . the results of this study showed that the new insurance company has revealed relative advantage ( active ) among 16 insurance products examined in the supply of six products with obvious comparative advantage ( active ) , seven products have partial ( potentially active ) advantages and in supply of three inactive residual products and the probability of activation equal to zero . in the following , the sequence of seven crops with latent relative advantage was determined based on maximum , greedy , high and low grade strategies . finally Borda method were identified as the four strategy of combining and the activation sequence of products with the potential for activation of the new insurance company on the basis of this hybrid strategy of engineering , oil and energy , other aircraft , driver events and third parties .
