چکیده مقاله :
در حال حاضر معیار و روش مشخصی برای انتخاب پیمانکاران حوزه تحقیقات وجود ندارد و معمولاً این انتخاب به صورت سلیقهای انجام می گردد، لذا رویکرد هماهنگی در این خصوص مشاهده نمی گردد و اغلب پس از عقد قرارداد مشخص می گردد که پیمانکار مورد نظر به درستی انتخاب نشده است. لذا لازم است برای تصمیمسازی در این حوزه الگویی ارائه شود که در انتخاب پیمانکاران به مدیران مربوطه کمک نماید.در واقع در این مقاله شاخصهای ارزیابی تأمینکنندگان دانشی از جمله دانشگاهها، شرکتهای دانشبنیان و مراکز تحقیقاتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و با در نظر گرفتن چهار شاخص : 1- قیمت 2- کیفیت 3- زمان تحویل 4- سابقه همکاری و عملکرد گذشته به عنوان معیارهای کلی برای انتخاب پیمانکار تحقیقاتی با استفاده از مدل TOPSISفازی به انتخاب تأمین کننده نهایی برای امر تحقیقات پرداختهایم. در آخر یک مثال موردی با 5 کاندید و 4 تصمیم گیر برای روشن تر شدن موضوع آمده است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Currently, there is no standard procedure for the selection of contractors, research areas and often taste the selection is done, it cannot be coordinated approach in this regard, often after the contract becomes clear that the contractor is properly chosen, is not. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a model for decision-making in this area that the respective managers to assist in the selection of contractors. In fact, in this study, evaluation of knowledge providers such as universities, companies, and research centers studied Based and taking into account four criteria: 1. price 2. Delivery Time 4. 3. Quality of working experience and past performance as general criteria for selecting a contractor for research using fuzzy TOPSIS model to final supplier selection for the research we have discussed. Finally, a case study of 5 candidates and 4 decisions has been chosen to clarify the issue.
