چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف طراحی برنامه درسی فوق برنامه برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد. رویکرد پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر داده ها آمیخته اکتشافی( کیفی- کمی)، از نظر ماهیت و نوع مطالعه در بعد کیفی، داده بنیاد پارادایمی و در بعد کمی پیمایشی مقطعی بود.روش شناسی پژوهش: از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته در بخش کیفی، و از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بخش کمی بهره گرفته و برای سنجش روایی بخش کیفی، از نظر متخصصان و برای سنجش پایایی از روش های بازآزمون و توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد. برای روایی پرسشنامه از روایی ظاهری، محتوایی استفاده و ضرایب تأیید شده و برای پایایی بخش کمی، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. داده ها در بخش کیفی، از روش داده بنیاد و در بخش کمی، از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نشان داد که از میان 21 شاخص (گویه) موجود، 40 مقوله اصلی قابل شناسایی است که عوامل محوری شامل، هدف، محتوا و ارزشیابی، عوامل مؤثر شامل آموزشی، تکنولوژیکی و سازمانی، پیامدها شامل، فردی، آموزشی، علمی- کاربردی و سازمانی است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان دادند که راهبردهای اجرای مدل برنامه درسی فوق برنامه را میتوان در چند عامل، مدیریتی، سازمانی، فردی و آموزشی خلاصه نمود. همچنین، بسترهای موجود شامل عوامل آموزشی، سازمانی، نگرشی و فردی شناسایی شدند و موانع موجود شامل موانع آموزشی، مدیریت و فردی گزارش شدند. در نهایت مدلی برگرفته از عوامل شناسایی شده ترسیم گردید که از اعتبار مطلوبی برخوردار بود.
Introduction: This research was done with the aim of designing an extracurricular curriculum for Farhangian University. The research approach was applied in terms of purpose, exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of data, in terms of the nature and type of study in qualitative dimension, paradigmatic foundation data and cross-sectional survey in quantitative dimension.Research Methodology: A semi-structured interview was used in the qualitative part, and a researcher-made questionnaire was used in the quantitative part, and to measure the validity of the qualitative part, according to experts, and to measure reliability, retest and intra-subject agreement methods were used. For the validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity were used and coefficients were confirmed, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the quantitative part. The data were analyzed in the qualitative part by the foundation data method and in the quantitative part by the confirmatory factor analysis test and structural equation modeling.Findings: It showed that among the 21 existing indicators (items), 40 main categories can be identified, which include the main factors, goal, content and evaluation, effective factors including educational, technological and organizational, consequences including individual, educational, scientific-applicative and organizational.Conclusion: The results showed that the extracurricular curriculum model implementation strategies can be summarized in several managerial, organizational, individual and educational factors. Also, the existing platforms including educational, organizational, attitudinal and individual factors were identified and the existing barriers including educational, management and individual barriers were reported. Finally, a model derived from the identified factors was drawn, which had good validity.
