پیش بینی عملکرد سازمانی براساس سرمایه فکری و کارآفرینی سازمانی در کارکنان آموزش و پرورش

مقدمه و هدف: سازمان ها بر اساس دارایی هایشان ارزش گذاری می شوند و در این میان، سرمایه های فکری و اجتماعی اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی عملکرد سازمانی براساس سرمایه فکری و کارآفرینی سازمانی در کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهر داراب بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر ماهیت و روش در زمره پژوهش های توصیفی- همبستگی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش به تعداد 140 نفر بود که با توجه به تعداد جامعه آماری، از شیوه سرشماری استفاده شد. ابزار مورد سنجش پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1990)، پرسشنامه سرمایه فکری، بونتیس (۱۹۹۸) و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی سازمانی لئونیداس و همکاران (2007) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از با روش تحلیل رگرسیون انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که رابطه بین کارآفرینی سازمانی و سرمایه فکری معنادار است و این دو متغیر میتوانند عملکرد سازمانی را پیشبینی نمایند. بین کارآفرینی سازمانی با عملکرد سازمانی و بین سرمایه فکری با عملکرد سازمانی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد سازمان هایی که به سرمایه های فکری اهمیت بیشتری می دهند و به کارآفرینی سازمانی می پردازند، عملکرد بهتری در دنیای در حال تغییر دارند.
Introduction: Organizations are valued based on their assets, and among them, intellectual and social capitals are especially important. The aim of the current research was to predict organizational performance based on intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship among education workers in Darab city. Research Methodology: This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature and method. The statistical population included all education staff, numbering 140 people, according to which the census method was used. The measuring tools were Patterson's Job Performance Questionnaire (1990), Bontis's Intellectual Capital Questionnaire (1998) and Leonidas et al.'s (2007) Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire. Data analysis was done by the regression analysis method. Findings: The results indicated that the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and intellectual capital is significant and these two variables can predict organizational performance. There was a positive and significant relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and organizational performance and between intellectual capital and organizational performance. Conclusion: It seems that the organizations that give more importance to intellectual capital and engage in organizational entrepreneurship perform better in the changing world.
