چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر طلاق عاطفی و بلوغ عاطفی زوجین متقاضی طلاق بود. روش: روش این پژوهش به صورت نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون_ پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زوجین متقاضی طلاق شهر بابل در سال 1401 بودند. نمونه آماری در این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر زوجین متقاضی طلاق (15 نفر برای گروه کنترل و 15 نفر برای گروه آزمایش) که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه جایگزین شدند. ابزارگرد آوری دادها پرسشنامه بلوغ عاطفی یاشویر سینک و بهارگاوا و مقیاس طلاق عاطفی گاتمن بود. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و از آمار استنباطی با رعایت مفروضه های از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (MANCOVA) با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 انجام شد. یافته ها: یافته ها ی پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر طلاق عاطفی و بلوغ عاطفی زوجین متقاضی طلاق تاثیر دارد. نتیجه گیری: بر طبق نتایج بدست آمده مشخص شد که طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر طلاق عاطفی زوجین متقاضی طلاق موثراست.
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of emotional therapy schema on emotional divorce and emotional maturity of couples seeking divorce. Methodology: The method of this research is semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research was all couples seeking divorce in Babol city in 1401. The statistical sample in this research includes 30 divorce-seeking couples (15 for the control group and 15 for the experimental group) who were selected by available sampling and randomly replaced in two groups. Data collection tools were Yasvir Sink and Bhargava's emotional maturity questionnaire and Gutman's emotional divorce scale. In this research, to analyze the data from descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and from inferential statistics, following the assumptions of multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) with SPSS version 26 software. Findings: The findings of the research showed that emotional therapy schema training has an effect on emotional divorce and emotional maturity of couples seeking divorce. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it was found that emotional schema therapy is effective on the emotional divorce of couples seeking divorce.
