پیشبینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس مولفههای سلامت روان شناختی و خودشفقتورزی در زوجین شهرستان بوکان

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس مولفه های سلامت روان شناختی و خودشفقت ورزی در زوجین شهرستان بوکان انجام پذیرفته است. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان بوکان در سه ماه اول سال 1397 بود که برابر با 200 نفر می باشند. در این تحقیق بر اساس جدول مورگان حجم نمونه برابر 118n= نفر به دست آمد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده نمونه تعیین شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد سازگاری زناشویی گراهام بی اسپنیر، سلامت روان شناختی گلدبرگ و هیلر و خودشفقتی نف استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های آمار توصیفی چون میانگین، میانه، انحراف استاندارد و ... و در بخش استنباطی از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که؛ بین سلامت روان شناختی و خودشفقت ورزی زوجین با سازگاری زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و سلامت روان شناختی و خودشفقت ورزی زوجین می تواند تغییرات سازگاری زناشویی را تبیین نمایند.
The aim of this study was to predict marital adjustment based on the components of psychological health and self-compassion in couples in Buchan. The research is correlational. The statistical population of the study includes reference pairsTo the counseling centers of Buchan city in the first three months of 1397, which is equal to 200 people. In this study, based on Morgan table, the sample size was n = 118, which was determined using a simple random sampling method.
