اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر رضایت زناشویی افراد دارای اختلاف زناشویی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر رضایت زناشویی در افراد دارای اختلاف زناشویی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه افراد متاهل دارای اختلاف زناشویی شهر اهواز که در سه ماهه دوم سال 1395 به شورای حل اختلاف، دادگاه های خانواده و مراکز مشاوره مراجعه کرده اند بود، که تعداد 40 نفر از آنها به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه 20 نفری (گروه آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل و گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (فرم کوتاه 35 ماده ای) بود. طرح این پژوهش، تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. ابتدا برای هر دو گروه پیش آزمون اجرا گردید، سپس مداخله آزمایشی (آموزش گروهی تحلیل رفتار متقابل) برای گروه آزمایش در طی 8 جلسه اجرا شد. در نهایت، پس از اتمام فرآیند مداخله، برای هر دو گروه پس آزمون و یک ماه بعد، آزمون پیگیری اجرا گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری کوواریانس چند متغیری صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تحلیل رفتار متقابل باعث افزایش رضایت زناشویی در افراد دارای اختلاف زناشویی گردیده و این نتیجه تا مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود.
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of transactional analysis on marital satisfaction in people with marital disputes. The population of this study consists of all married couples with marital disputes in Ahvaz that in the second quarter of 1395 is referred to the Dispute Resolution Council of Welfare, courts and family counseling centers, That 40 of them voluntarily selected and then simple randomly divided into two groups of 20 students (Group of transactional analysis and control group) were replaced. The tool used was the ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire (Short Form 35-point). The research design, the pretest/post test experimental design was with the control group. First, the pretest was performed for both groups, then, experimental intervention (group training of transactional analysis) was performed for the experimental group in 8 sessions. Finally, after the completion of the intervention, post-test was performed to both groups and a month later, a follow-up test was carried out. For data analysis the MANCOVA was used. Results showed that group training of transactional analysis increased marital satisfaction in people with marital disputes, and this result was stable until the follow up phase.
