ارائه مدل بهسازی منابع انسانی با رویکرد رهبری تحولگرا در سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان تهران

چکیده مقاله :
مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل بهسازی منابع انسانی با رویکرد رهبری تحولگرا در سازمان آموزشوپرورش استان تهران انجام شد. روش مطالعه توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه مدیران و معاونان آموزشوپرورش استان تهران بودند. حجم نمونه آماری 320 نفر تعیین شده بود که بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بهسازی منابع انسانی با رویکرد رهبری تحولگراست که طی یک مطالعه کیفی تهیه شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 87/0 محاسبه گردید. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد مدل ارائهشده از برازندگی مطلوبی برخوردار است. درنتیجه میتوان با تکیه بر مؤلفههای مدل، با ویژگیهای رهبری تحول گرا زمینة مناسب برای بهسازی منابع انسانی را در سازمانها فراهم کرد.
The current study aimed at presenting a model of human resource improvement with a transformational leadership approach in the education organization of Tehran Province. It was a descriptive study. The statistical population of this study consisted of the principals and deputies of the education organization in Tehran Province. The sample size was 320 people who were selected through simple random sampling. The data were collected by a human resource improvement with a transformational leadership approach questionnaire, which was developed during a qualitative study. The reliability of the instrument was calculated through Cronbach's alpha (r = .87). The data analysis, using confirmatory factor analysis method and structural equation model, revealed that the proposed model has a good fit. As a result, relying on the components of the model, the characteristics of transformational leadership can provide the basis for improving human resources in organizations.
