ارائه مدل نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در بهبود ساختار سازمانی اثربخش (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای برق منطقهای ایران)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در بهبود ساختار سازمانی اثربخش است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی – همبستگی و از نوع تحقیقات کمّی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خبرگان (برای شناسایی عوامل سازنده متغیرها) و تمامی کارکنان شرکتهای برق منطقهای ایران (جهت پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه کمی) است. تعداد خبرگان 54 نفر و تعداد کارکنان 6584 نفر برآورد گردید. برای شناسایی عوامل اقدام به انجام مصاحبه ساختاریافته از طریق پرسشنامه باز شد که 36 پرسشنامه از میان پرسشنامههای ارسالی، بازگردانده شد و نتایج آنها با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا تجزیه و تحلیل و عوامل سازنده ساختار سازمانی اثربخش و سرمایه اجتماعی تعیین و بر اساس آن پرسشنامه کمی طراحی شد. 363 نفر از کارکنان به روش تصادفی طبقهای برای پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه مذکور، انتخاب شدند. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمونهای مربوط تأیید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای نرمال بودن و مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزارهای اسپیاساس و اسمارت پیالاس استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی و شش بعد آن یعنی بعد فرهنگی، ارتباطی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، شناختی و ساختاری بر ساختار سازمانی اثربخش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of social capital in improving effective organizational structure. This quantitative applied research employed a descriptive -correlational design.The statistical population of this study consisted of two groups of experts and all employees, including 36 experts and 6584 employees of regional electricity companies in Iran. To answer the research questionnaire, all 36 experts were selected by census method and 363 employees were recruited through stratified random sampling. The data were collected using a questionnaire whose reliability was estimated through Cronbach's alpha. Normality tests and Structural Equation Modeling were conducted via SPSS and PLS softwares to analyze the data. The findings emerging from the study revealed that social capital and its six dimensions, namely cultural, communication, political, economic, cognitive and structural, have a positive significant effect on organizational structure.
