بررسی ویژگیهای سازمانهای یادگیرنده در یک سیستم تولیدی- مطالعه موردی

چکیده مقاله :
در این مقاله به بررسی ویژگی های سازمان های یادگیرنده در یک سیستم تولیدی پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور، ابتدا ضمن مرور نظریه های موجود در مورد سازمانهای یادگیرنده، ویژگیهای سازمانهای یادگیرنده مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته است. سپس برای سنجش وضعیت سازمان مورد مطالعه از نظر ویژگیهای سازمانهای یادگیرنده، پرسشنامه ای طراحی و تدوین شده است. پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، اطلاعات لازم جمع آوری و میانگین نمره هریک از ویژگی ها برای سازمان مورد مطالعه محاسبه شده است. در ادامه با استفاده از نمودار راداری وضعیت سیستم مورد نظر نسبت به ویژگیهای سازمانهای یادگیرنده بررسی شده و پیشنهادهایی برای بهبود وضعیت سازمان ارائه شده است.
In this paper we have examined the characteristics of learning organizations in a production system. To do this, first, we studied the characteristics of learning organizations by reviewing the existing theories. Then, we used a questionnaire to measure the state of the firm under study in terms of learning organizations' characteristics. After determining the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the data were gathered and the mean score of each characteristic was calculated. Finally, the firm's state was inspected in terms of the characteristics using the Radar chart and some suggestions were given to improve the firm's situation.
