طراحی مدل رابطه معنویت در محیط کار با عملکرد منابع انسانی و عملکرد سازمان

چکیده مقاله :
گسترش مفاهیمی همانند معنویت و باورهای مذهبی در هزاره جدید موجب شده است که امروزه مفهوم معنویت و کاربردهای آن برای دولت ها، سازمان ها، مدیران و کارکنان اهمیت دو چندانی یابد. یکی از مهمترین مباحث این حوزه نقش معنویت و مباحث معنوی در بهبود محیط کار می باشد. در این مطالعه پژوهشگران به دنبال ارائه مدلی برای بررسی رابطه بین معنویت در محیط کار با عملکرد منابع انسانی و عملکرد سازمانی می باشد. در گام اول با جمع آوری متغیرهای موضوع از ادبیات پژوهش و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی مدل مفهومی پژوهش طراحی گردید. در گام دوم با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری به برازش مدل پژوهش پرداختیم. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی می باشد و نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل 217 پرسش نامه جمع آوری شده نشان می دهد که توکل داشتن، مراقبت از ارزش های انسانی کارکنان، شکوفاشدن خلاقیت منابع انسانی، احساس هدفدار بودن و افزایش بهره وری سازمان بیشترین تأثیر را در هر یک از متغیرهای مکنون مدل دارند. همچنین با توجه به مقادیر آماره پایایی مرکب(CR) و سطح معنی داری متغیرها و شاخص های برازش مدل فرضیه های پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار می گیرند.
The rapid spread of spirituality and religious beliefs in the new millennium has increased the importance of spirituality and its applications for governments, organizations and managers. One of the most significant issues in this regard is the role spirituality can play in promoting the workplace atmosphere. Thus, the aim of the present research was to design a model to assess the relationship between spirituality in workplace with human resource and organizational performance. To achieve the aim, the researchers first designed a conceptual model using relevant variables collected through a rich literature review and via exploratory factor analysis. Secondly, they examined the model using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the questionnaires that were collected from a random sample of 217 workers at Allameh Tabataba'i University showed that trust in God, catering for human values of employees, fostering labor force creativity, felling a sense of meaningfulness of work and increasing organization productivity have the greatest impact on each of the latent variables of the model. Based on the values of CPR statistics, the set significant level and model fit indices, the research hypotheses were confirmed.
