بررسی وضعیت چابکی سازمانی در سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان

چکیده مقاله :
چابکی به توانایی واکنش نسبت به تحولات پیشبینی نشده برای اقدام آگاهانه بر مبنای تغییر (مدیریت دانش) اشاره می کند. چابکی سازمانی دارای مؤلفه های پاسخ گویی، شایستگی، انعطاف پذیری و سرعت است. اگر سازمانی به دنبال چابکی است، باید این توانایی ها و قابلیت ها را مدنظر داشته باشد. بدون شک، کسب چابکی به قابلیت پاسخ گویی نسبت به راهبردها، فناوری ها، کارکنان و فرآیندها بستگی دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین وضعیت چابکی سازمانی در سازمان های دولتی شهر کرمان می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1915 نفر از کارکنان رسمی سازمان های دولتی شهر کرمان می باشد و نمونه گیری به روش طبقه بندی منظم بوده و تعداد 322 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی استفاده شده و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی می باشد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که سطح چابکی سازمانی کارکنان سازمان های دولتی شهر کرمان بالا می باشد.
Agility is the ability to react to unanticipated changes in order to take conscious action based on change (knowledge management). Organizational agility has 4 components: responsiveness, competency, flexibility, and quickness. If an organization wants to have agility, it should pay attention to these abilities and capacities. No doubt, obtaining agility depends on responding to guidelines, technologies, employees, and processes. The purpose of the present study is to examine the condition of organizational agility in the public organizations of Kerman. The research is of descriptive type conducted through survey method. The statistical population included 1915 official employees of the public organizations in Kerman. From among them, 322 subjects were selected as the research sample by regular categorization. Descriptive statistics was used for data analysis, and the data collection tool was organizational agility questionnaire. The research findings show that the level of organizational agility of the employees of the public organizations in Kerman is high.
