شناسایی و تبیین الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر بهرهوری دانش؛ مطالعهای درشعب بانک ملی استان قم

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه دانش منبع اصلی کسب مزیت رقابتی محسوب می شود، لذا فرایند ارزش آفرینی از این منبع اهیمت فراوانی برای سازمان ها دارد که از آن به بهره وری دانش یاد می شود. بنابراین، شناخت نحوه شکل گیری و ارتقای بهره وری دانش و همچنین مشخص نمودن عوامل موثر بر آن در سازمان به ویژه برای مؤسسات مالی و بانکها که موضوع دانش و بهره گیری از آن در جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی بسیار ضروری است، از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار می باشد. پژوهش حاضربه لحاظ هدف ازنوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ روش،یک پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع زمینه یابی می باشد. قلمرو مکانی تحقیق حاضر را کلیه شعب بانک ملی استان قم تشکیل می دهند که کلیه کارکنان آنها به عنوان جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. بعلاوه بر اساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه برابر 222 نفر تعیین گردید که در نهایت تعداد 157 پرسشنامه تکمیل و برگشت داده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عوامل تخصص و خبرگی کاری، توانایی حل مسأله، توانایی تفکر، مهارتهای ارتباطاتی، انگیزش خودتنظیم، استمرار و پایداری و اختلال خلاق می توانند بطور معنی داری وضعیت بهره وری دانش را در سازمان مورد مطالعه تبیین نمایند. در این بین، نقش عامل انگیزش خودتنظیم و توانایی تفکر بیش از سایر عوامل بود.
Nowadays, knowledge is considered as the main source of obtaining the competitive advantage. Therefore, knowing the formation and promotion of knowledge productivity and distinguishing the effective factors on the organizations especially financial institutions and bank, where the issue of knowledge and using it in order to obtain competitive advantage is also very important and necessary. The research method is descriptive-survey. The Statistical population included all the employees who are working in all Bank- melli branches in Qom province. The Findings showed that the professional and work expertise, problem solving skill, thinking, and communication skills, self-regulated motivation, continuity and perseverance, and creative disorder Factors can explain knowledge productivity in organizations. Among these factors, the role of self-regulated motivation and thinking skill were greater than the other factors.
