بررسی تأثیر ارزشیابی در بهبود عملکرد کارکنان شبکهی بهداشت و درمان هشترود

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر ارزشیابی کارکنان شبکهی بهداشت و درمان هشترود در بهبود عملکرد سرمایهی انسانی آنان در سال 1386 صورت پذیرفته است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – تحلیلی با نگرش مقطعی بوده و برای انجام آن تعداد 101 نفر از کارکنان به صورت نمونهگیری گروهی و تصادفی از بین 337 نفر جامعهی آماری پژوهش نتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته و مصاحبه گردآوری شد. علاوه بر توصیف آماری اطلاعات پژوهش، با استفاده از آزمون آماری T-test یکنمونهای، فرضیههای پژوهش مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیلها نشان داد که تأثیر ارزشیابی کارکنان شبکهی بهداشت و درمان هشترود در بالا بردن سطح آگاهی و دانش فنی، افزایش خلاقیت و بهرهوری کار، بهبود ارتباطات و رعایت مناسب قوانین و مقررات آنان تأثیر دارد ولی در افزایش مشارکت و انگیزهی شغلی آنان تأثیر ندارد.
This research was carried out to study the effect of personnel evaluation of Hshtrood Health and TreatmentCenter employees on the improvement of its human asset functioning in 1386. The research was descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional. To carry out the research,101 subjects were selected from a population of 337 by accidental-group sampling.The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews.In addition to the statistical analysis of the data,the research hypotheses were tested using the single-segment T-test. The results obtained from the analysis indicate that the evaluation of Hashtrood Health and TreatmentCenter personnel has an effect on the increasing of their technical knowledge,creativity and productivity.It also affects the improvement of cmmunications and observing the rules.But it doesn’t affect their participation and jub motivation.
