امکان سنجی ایجاد شبکه سراسری خرید کتاب و مجله درکتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی: راهیابی به مدیریت هماهنگ خرید منابع

در این پژوهش باهدف دستیابی به مدیریت هماهنگ در بخش خرید کتاب و مجله واز طریق سنجش همزمان امکان ایجاد شبکه سراسری خرید کتاب و مجله در بین کتابخانه های مرکزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی دست به سنجش نظرات و شرایط کتابخانه های مرکزی زده شد، و ضمن استفاده ازپرسشنامه ، اطلاعات مفیدی در خصوص توانمندی کنونی و آمادگی آنان در پذیرش شبکه فوق بدست آمد. نتایج حاصله از بررسی نشان داد که (5/72درصد) کتابخانه های مرکزی بین (5-1 نفر) نیروی انسانی و مابقی آنها بیش از (6) نفر نیرو دارند. اعتبارات زیادی در کتابخانه های دانشگاه جهت خرید منابع سالیانه موجود است. تجهیزات مناسبی نیزدر زمینه رایانه (100درصد) و چاپگر (7/88 درصد) وجود دارد، ولی در مورد سایر تجهیزات وضعیت همه کتابخانه ها در حد یکسا نی نیست. رابطه بین رشته تحصیلی مدیران کتابخانه ها وتمایل به ایجاد شبکه با (8/73درصد) در زمینه تحصیلات کتابداری تائید شد. ولی وجودارتباط بین مدرک تحصیلی و ایجاد شبکه خرید کتاب رد شد. مساله تاثیر شبکه بر مدیریت خرید دقیقتر و تعامل بیشتر کتب و مجلات و در نتیجه استفاده بهتر از فضای کتابخانه ها مورد توافق کتابخانه ها بود.کتابخانه ها مدیریت خرید منابع را به دلیل کمبود (60درصدی) فضای نگهداری اطلاعات در حال حاضرضروری دانستند. بنابراین در کل جهت امکان سنجی، عناصر جانبی مرتبط با شبکه نیز شناسایی و تحلیل شدند و عناصر اصلی مرتبط با فرضیه های پژوهش نیز، مثل تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی، بودجه و فضا با بیش از (50 درصد) نظرات مثبت ارزیابی شدند. لذا ایجاد شبکه خرید موجب مدیریت علمی منابع در حال تهیه می گردد و بر استفاده بهتر از تجهیزات و هدفمندکردن آن، تقلیل کمی نیروی انسانی این بخش، هدایت صحیح بودجه و جلوگیری از افزایش مخازن کتب بوسیله خرید منابع غیر ضروری تاثیرگذار است.
Evaluating views and the conditions of central libraries was greatly helpful in attaining a coordinate management in the book and magazine purchase in some central libraries of Islamic Azad University to create an on-line purchase network. The enterprise is also indebted to the questionnaires that produced effective information in network efficiency and its acceptance. The survey suggests that 72.5% of the central libraries have between 1 to 5 people of manpower and the rest of them have more than 6 people of manpower. Lots of financial security is appropriated for annual purchase of resources. In addition, there exist computer equipment 100% and printers (88.7%).Of course, the availability of other equipment is not equal in all universities. The percentage of 73.8 exists between the managers’ degrees and their interest in establishing the liberty studies network, but the relation between the managers’ degrees and establishing the purchase network was not confirmed. It was also confirmed that the network had great impaction handling the book purchase and e-notes communications and finally in optimizing the library space .With respect to the space scarcity of 60% the management of book purchase is deemed necessary. In general, the minor factors connected to the network were detected and analyzed, and the major elements related to the research hypotheses e.g. equipment, manpower, budget, and the space were in coordination with our positive views. Therefore, the creation of a purchase network is effective in the management of resources, economic use of the equipment and its economy, the decrease of manpower, budget management, and the prevention of unnecessary purchase that increases the number of stock books.
