چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی رابطه بین فرایندهای مدیریت دانش با توانمندسازی کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان اردبیل انجام گرفته است. در حقیقت سؤال اصلی و اساسی این تحقیق این است که: آیا بین فرایندهای مدیریت دانش و توانمندسازی کارکنان در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان اردبیل رابطه وجود دارد؟. به منظور بررسی این سؤال به بررسی مؤلفه های مدیریت دانش بر اساس مدل لاوسون پرداخته شد. همچنین برای بررسی وضعیت توانمندسازی از مدل اسپریتزر استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه استاندارد این دو متغیر، فرایندهای مدیریت دانش و مؤلفه های آن به عنوان متغیر مستقل شامل 24 سؤال و توانمندسازی به عنوان متغیر وابسته شامل 15 سؤال می باشد. جهت آزمون روایی از روش اعتبار محتوا و از نظرهای استادان دانشگاه، استفاده شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه ها 80/0 به دست آمد و چون آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه ها بیش از 7/0 به دست آمد، بنابراین هر دو پرسشنامه از پایایی لازم برخوردار بودند. آزمودنی ها 140 نفر از اعضای سازمان تأمین اجتماعی با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده اند. برای تحلیل داده ها از الگوی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از این است که بین مدیریت دانش و توانمندسازی کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان اردبیل رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد.
This research has been developed to identify the relationship betweenknowledge management processes and social security organization staffempowering in Ardabil province .In fact , the major and basic question ofthe research is , ((Is there any relationship between knowledge managementprocesses and staff empowering in the social security organization ofArdabil Province)). In order to analyze the question, knowledgemanagement factors based on Lawson model were analyzed. Spreitzermodel has also been used to analyze the empowering situation. The Standardquestionnaire for knowledge management processe and its factors as anindependent variable includes 24 questions and that of empowering as adependent variable includes 15 questions. Content validity procedure andviews of university professors were used for validity test. The reliabilitycoefficient of the questionnaires was 80% and because Cronbach alpha ofthe questionnaires was more than 70%, both questionnaires had the neededreliability. The testees are 140 members of social security organization thathave been chosen by random sampling procedure. Structural equation modelhas also been used for analyzing the data. The results show that there is ameaningful relationship between knowledge management and social securityorganization staff empowering in Ardabil Province.
