بررسی وضعیت آموزشی، پژوهشی و امکانات گروههای تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی مناطق مختلف دانشگاه آزاداسلامی کشور از دیدگاه مدیران و اساتید گروهها

هدف از اجرای این تحقیق بررسی و مقایسه وضعیت آموزشی، پژوهشی و امکانات گروه های تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی مناطق مختلف دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی کشور از دیدگاه مدیران و اساتید گروه ها بود.روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 62 نفراز مدیران و 249 نفر از اساتید بود و بدلیل محدود بودن جامعه آماری تمام افراد به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد و برای تحلیل داده ها آزمون های test T-و ANOVAو آمار توصیفی بکار گرفته شدند. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که از دیدگاه گروه های مورد مطالعه وضعیت تاسیسات وتجهیزات ورزشی در حد مطلوب، وضعیت برنامه ها در حد متوسط و نهایتا فعالیت های پژوهشی و وضعیت وسایل و تجهیزات آموزشی در حد پایین ارزیابی شد. همچنین در رابطه با مقایسه دیدگاه مدیران و اساتید بر روی متغیرهای مورد مطالعه فقط در مورد میزان تحقق برنامه ها و استراتژیها در گروههای مورد مطالعه تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت ( 025/0=p ). در مجموع نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که وضعیت گروه های آموزشی تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی در واحد های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سطوح متفاوتی قرار داشت.
The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the statues of educational, research and facilities in Pf P.E. departments in various branches of Islamic Azad University from the viewpoint of faculty members and department heads. The method used was a descriptive one. All the P.E. faculty members and chair departments in AzadUniversity (311) were the statistic population. All of them were selected as the sample. The data were collected through researcher made questionnaires. For data analysis, ANOVA, T-test and descriptive statistics were utilized. The findings showed that: according to P.E. faculty members, the clubs in Islamic Azad University were at a high level, the programs were at an average scale, research activities were at a low level, teaching aids, equipments and sporting facilities were also at a low level. In comparing the viewpoints of P.E. faculty members and department heads on the studied variables, there was a significant difference in relation to accomplishing the programs (p=0.05). But in other cases, there was not any significant difference regarding research activities, clubs, sporting facilities and equipment (p=0.125). The results of this study demonstrated that the status of Pf. P.E. Departments in different branches of Islamic Azad Universities was ranked at different levels.
