چکیده مقاله :
هدف این تحقیق ارائه مدلی جهت ارزیابی تولید ناب در صنایع کوچک و متوسط با استفاده از ترکیب روش های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، خوشه بندی و تکنیک LINMAP است. برای دستیابی به هدف فوق در این تحقیق[1]چهار سؤال مطرح شده است. روش این تحقیق توصیفی و جامعه آماری کلیه شرکت های واحد های صنایع کوچک و متوسط فلزات اساسی و فابریکی استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد. تعداد جامعه آماری 245 شرکت است که حجم نمونه181 شرکت محاسبه شده وبرای نمونه گیری نیز از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی استفاده شده است. جهت جمع آوری داده ها در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است که پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی آن در بین جامعه آماری توزیع شده. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این تحقیق از روشLINMAP ، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و خوشه بندی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق مدلی با هشت سازه برای تولید ناب را ارائه می دهد که تولید به موقع، مدیریت کیفیت جامع، تعمیرات و نگهداری، روابط با تأمین کنندگان، روابط با مشتریان، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت فرآیند و برنامه های بهسازی سطح کارخانه را دربر می گیرد. 2. این مقاله از طرح تحقیقاتی که با بودجه پژوهشی و حمایت مالی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز به انجام رسیده، استخراج شده است.
The aim of the study was to present a model for assessing leanproduction in small and medium industries through combinationconfirmatory factor analysis, clustering and LINMAP Technique. Fourquestions were raised to achieve the mentioned objective. The researchmethod was descriptive survey. The statistical population included all thecompanies of small and medium units of basic metals and fabricatedindustries in East Azerbaijan province witch was added up to 245companies, using random sampling method and Morgan's table thesample size was 181 companies. To gather the data a questionnaireresearcher made was used. The reliability was 0.803. To analyze the datain the study of LINMAP, confirmatory factor analysis and clusteringwere used. The results for eight lean manufacturing structure includedtimely production, total quality management, maintenance, relations withsuppliers, customer relations, human resource management, processmanagement, and the betterment program on factory level.
