A sociological Study of Satellite Impact on Youth's Religious Identity in Tehran

چکیده مقاله :
The present survey study has been carried out to examine the impact of satellite programs on 300 young people who were permanently watching them. The authors used the theories of some scientists and sociologists like Klapper, Newman, Robertson, Harvey and Gidnez to clarify the variables. The results show that the more satellite programs will be watching, the religious identity is reduced. So, Satellite channels can affect cultural and social aspects of religions and even religious identity of some countries by presenting various programs in the context of consumerism. In case of lack of understanding of the consequences and lack of planning principles in using satellite programs, they can challenge religious, social and cultural backgrounds.
تحقیق حاضر با روش پیمایش با نمونه آماری 300 نفر از جوانان 29-19 سال شهر تهران که بصورت دائم از برنامه های ماهواره استفاده میکنند انجام پذیرفته است برای تبییین متغیرها از تئوریهای اندیشمندان حوزه رسانه و جامعهشناسان از جمله کلاپر، نئومن، رابرستون، هاروی و گیدنز بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج بیانگر این است که هر چه تماشای ماهواره بیشتر میشود هویت دینی کاهش مییابد، بنابراین شبکههای ماهواره میتوانند با ارائه برنامههای متنوع در زمینههای مصرفگرایی، ابعاد اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن هویت ملی، دینی و حتی بومی کشورهای مخاطب را تحت تأثیر خود قرار دهد که در صورت عدم شناخت از پیامدهای حاصل و عدم برنامهریزیهای اصولی و حسابگرانه در جهت مواجهشدن با آن پیشزمینههای فرهنگی، اجتماعی و مذهبی را با چالش مواجه خواهد ساخت.
