تاثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی موزون به همراه تمرینات پایداری تنه بر شاخص های گلایسمیک و آنتروپومتریک زنان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به شیوع بالای اضافه وزن و چاقی و لزوم دستیابی به راهکارهای موثر و عملی جهت کنترل آن ها، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی موزون به همراه تمرینات پایداری تنه بر سطوح سرمی گلوکز، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و شاخص های آنتروپومتریک زنان دارای اضافه وزن انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی80 زن با دامنه سنی 25 تا 45 سال و شاخص توده بدنی بالای 25 به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و و سپس بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تمرین قرار گرفتند. تمرینات به مدت 12هفته (سه جلسه در هفته هر جلسه یک ساعت با شدت 80 درصد حد اکثر ضربان قلب اجرا شدند. قبل از شروع تحقیق و در پایان دوره تحقیق متغیرهای مطالعه اندازه گیری شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون های اماری t مستقل و وابسته استفاده شد. یافته ها: یک دوره تمرین هوازی موزون به همراه تمرینات پایداری تنه اثر معنی داری بر کاهش محیط دورکمر، و درصد چربی بدن و مقاومت به انسولین زنان دارای اضافه وزن داشت (05/0>P) با این وجود اثر معنی داری بر سطوح سرمی گلوکزو انسولین زنان تداشت (05/0<P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد تمرینات پایداری تنه می تواند منجر به بهبود شاخص های آنتروپومتریک زنان دارای اضافه وزن گردد با این وجود در رابطه با اثرات آن بر شاخص های گلایسمیک نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری در این زمینه می باشد.
Introduction: Due to the high prevalence of overweight and obesity and the need to achieve effective and practical solutions to control them, the present study aimed to investigate the effect of a rhythmic aerobic training with core stability training on serum levels of glucose, insulin, resistance Insulin and anthropometric indices of overweight women. Materials and methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 80 women with an age range of 25 to 45 years and a body mass index above 25 were purposefully selected and then randomly divided into two groups of control and exercise. Interventions were performed for 12 weeks (three sessions per week, each session for one hour (with an intensity of 80% of the maximum heart rate. Before the start of the study and at the end of the study period, study variables were measured. Independent and dependent t-test were used to analyze the results (P≤0.05). Findings: A period of rhythmic aerobic training with core stability training had a significant effect on reducing the waist circumference, and body fat percentage and insulin resistance of overweight women (p < 0.05). However, it had no significant effect on serum glucose and insulin levels in women. Conclusion: It seems that core stability training can improve the anthropometric indices of overweight women. However, in relation to its effects on glycemic indices, more studies are needed.
